Yay Polish! I wave my Polish flag in delight! 🇮🇩 also thanks Pulaski for giving me days off of school lol
@Dweeebus, prepare for blitzkrieg
@Dweeebus, Guten Tag, Pole!
@Dweeebus, The Polish guy that built a shjt load of forts in the American Revolution?
@ArbyTheGreat, I'm always prepared
@WifitheRouter, I believe he is talking of a school, thoigh the only one that comes to mind is Pulaski Middle School, my family has much history in it even though i do not commute there, nor do any of my generation. It is located in New Britain, Connecticut on the border between NB and a town called Farmington. If this person does go the school, then I am happy to know at least one other person from Connecticut frequents this app.
Just watch out for Steve, that exclamation mark looks a little too aggressive
@Dweeebus, Pulaski in upstate New York? If so I’m in Cicero small world
@Dweeebus, i am also of the poles
@Brimstonebellosom, I checked and he was the Polish exile who became a general in the continental army during the American Revolution also, he is one of 8 people to receive honorary US citizenship
@WifitheRouter, I understand that. My family is Polish (just about 99% Polish actually) and I am fluent in the language. So I know of Polish History and of Poland's history in the US. I was talking of the school because he had said something about days off. We in Connecticut recently had a long weekend involving 3 snow days recently.
... Is... Is no one going to talk about the fact that south Dakota speaks Dakota?
@Youtuber, according to google, it's the language of the Dakota people of the Sioux tribes
@DinklebergStinks2000, is no mine gonna talk about how you took time out of your limited time on earth to Google this?
@The Amazing Chipmunk, I mean, I had kind of figured as much (a lot of midwestern things are named after Native Americans). I just wanted to confirm it.
@DinklebergStinks2000, fair enough... I respect you and your desire to learn, without people like you we would all be cave men, thank you sir, you are a true hero
Apparently there are more polish in Illinois than there are in Poland I think
@LAVARAMEN, maybe. Chicago has a massive Polish population.
@Quoth the Revan, oh yeah I wasn't sure if it was Illinois or Chicago but you're right it's Chicago that has the highest population of polish people
Here I was thinking Navajo was nearly a dead language
@InternetPsychiatrist, I'm pretty sure Arizona and California are Spanish
@funny pics veteran, it specifies that it’s other than English or Spanish
@HolyCatchphrase, ah yes I did not thoroughly read on that case as someone living 10 miles from navajo reservations I would say yes
Can’t forget the wonderful language of Dakota
Every time I see this map, I have the compulsive urge to mention that my County is probably singlehandedly the reason why my state says "Korean."
How old is this map? Spanish is definitely the most 2nd in Florida.
I'd just like to mention that this is the forbidden part of the national hymne written there .. and yes, I am German
Honestly being from Wisconsin there’s a ton of german and Dutch heritage here
Not really surprised
