The less you think about race, the less racist you are. (Applies to every single race)
@Dephenistrator, This whole racial awareness trend that started a few years ago in my opinion has just ended up creating more racists
@Soy un Ranchero, that's really all it's accomplished.
@Soy un Ranchero, It's less that it created more racists and more that it makes them easier to spot
@Soy un Ranchero, Morgan Freeman was asked how to stop racism. His answer was, "quit talking about it."
@Soy un Ranchero, it may have, I remember in the 90s everything seemed good between the races, even early 2000s, but now it's ridiculous with the race stuff. "Subscribe just because I'm black"
"Go see Black Panther because he is black"
It is insane
@Dephenistrator, i have a education diversity class that teaches that ignoring someones race (being color blind) is oppressive due to the fact that you are ignoring their background and needs specific to them... i dislike this class very much
@gettinitfosho, "ignoring their needs specific to them?" What, do they somehow deserve special treatment for being of a different skin tone? Sounds pretty racist to me
@gettinitfosho, actually living off that logic would lead every race to find ways to be offended by every other race, it would escalate very hateful fights from mundane and pointless encounters.
I see YouTube is really bad about blocking intellectualism if it sounds conservative, like Jordan Peterson, and they keep putting Jimmy Kimmel's crying political monologues up in the trending, even when he just speaks repetitive over emotional falsehoods.
@VibratingButtChomper, trending is just whatever gets the most views the fastest and despite what YouTube comments might make you think, a lot of people who use YouTube like the late night hosts. There's really not any conservatives producing similar content with similar production levels.
@VibratingButtChomper, I’ve personally seen a few Jordan Peterson videos and he just ends up repeating the same crap 80% of the time too, so that point is really mute
Dont get me wrong jimmy kimmel is f***ing worthless, but let’s not pretend Jordan is some misunderstood genius either my dood
@Donald Drumpf, right. They're all too busy contributing to society.
@VibratingButtChomper, I had the same problem untill I made an account and only used it for the conversations, debates and things I liked. Then I just use the regular youtube to keep that other stuff off. Also deleting history of videos you did not like will remove them from your suggestions. And no I'm not a Youtube employee or paid advertiser but that's what one would say ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)
@liberachi , some isn't all. Jordan Peterson was on joe rogans podcast, has lectures on psychology and philosophy, has in depth conversations about religion and economics, and he's constantly flagged for demonetization. Sam Harris isn't even conservative, but he talks about the dangers of radical Islam and he gets flagged for demonitization. Steven crowder sets up debates about gun control using facts (and posting his sources), and he's constantly flagged, Ben Shapiro is probably as straight a shooter as they come in terms of factual conservative presentation, but his videos get flagged all the time. And when they get flagged, they're not allowed in top trending, even though these users get tens of millions of views.
@Donald Drumpf, you will find a lot of facts to the contrary my friend. Almost every time jimmy kimmel and Steven Colbert end up in the trending, their videos have barely breached 50,000 views upon upload. The only time Jimmy ends up in trending is when he's making a crying monologue, he never ends up there because he's making hilarious monologues. When's the last time you saw an intellectual conservative voice in trending? There are a lot of conservative videos that have millions of views, but as Steven Crowder pointed out, YouTube flags them for demonetization and blocks them from top trending, and then fills their videos with liberal ads.
@VibratingButtChomper, intellectual videos aren't popular, just because you don't like something doesn't mean millions of others don't
@Donald Drumpf, fam you didn't read anything I said...
Me: "...There are a lot of conservative videos that have millions of views..." (But they aren't showing up in trending)
You: "...intellectual videos aren't popular..."
Me: "...their videos have barely breached 50,000 views upon upload." (Which means YouTube is manually placing them in top trending before they were even trending)
You: "...just because you don't like something doesn't mean millions of others don't"
Cmon man, if you disagree with me that's cool, but if you're gonna reply, at least read my comment first.
@Donald Drumpf, I am not well versed in what these other gents are discussing but to add something to it, Phillip defranco didn't get invited to some YouTube hosted event he's gone to like every year just because they wanted him to support Hillary in the election instead of being impartial so I don't doubt they do some sort of censorship to the trending page
I like the Dolan Dark video where he unsubscribes from PewDiePie because he didn't get one of his memes.
You're right, YouTube! I'm going to subscribe and support these black channels that voice conservative opinions, and spread the word!
YouTube: "No wait..."
Youtube's poems are bad
Their policies suck too
Poems should rhyme
@BigJohnson87, Line three is not true/It depends on the poem/YouTube still sucks, though
Surely that isn’t real right? Like, surely if YouTube wanted to send that message, they’d at least try a little harder?
@YUNoJump, it's 100% real
@YUNoJump, hey I mean it’s YouTube you never know....
@YUNoJump, I thought the same as you, but then... goo.gl/QKa7Mw
I really don’t think we’re ever going to get the “to stop racism, just stop talking about it” thing. Sorry Morgan.
@YUNoJump, it's real, and YouTube got some backlash for it. I kind of think they were trying to pull off a PewDiePie-style joke
@Pangbot, Not talking about racism isn't going to end racism. It'll just cushion and protect actual racists.
@YUNoJump, yep it's real and my god what were they actually thinking
I dream a dream that one day we will be judged by the content of our channel.
Or don't subscribe to anybody and find their content anyway. Then you won't have to be burdened by your social hangup, stupid.
I think blow up just because of that tweet
Am I the only one who's upset that both posts are missing their 4th line?
Nice try, Youtube.
