Look at the widdle Italy at war.
Incorrect, after WWII there was only decades more of bloody war and genocide for Russia.
@Doctor Krieger, Russia's technically been at war non-stop since
@AN AMERICAN, Stalin was worse than hitler by the numbers, I think.
@farkleberry dumbbell, he was. And Chairman Mao made both of them look like Boy Scouts.
False, Germans don't relax.
@Random Swede, they do, it’s just their relaxation looks like work to us. Very calculated and meticulous.
@Random Swede, speaking of Germans where's @apetnamedsteve? Haven't seen her in a while
England should be there with a cup of tea After war and a cup of tea at war, because tea is life.
But where's my guns and hats in the second pic?
Interesting that the artist drew a M1917 "Eddystone" rifle for the US in a Second World War scenario.
@Im a Dapper Dan Man, looks like an M1 Garand to me.
@Im a Dapper Dan Man, it is a cartoon but I'd have to say M1 as well
@mas2de, the rear sight isn't the same as the Garand, there's a finger groove in the stock and no gas tube under the barrel. I know it's just a comic, but I found it an interesting choice.
@Im a Dapper Dan Man, gas tube comes from the bayonet block. I don't recall an exposed tube on mine. Though I haven't picked it up in a while.
@mas2de, the gas tube extends nearly to the end of the barrel and around 5in is exposed outside of the hand guard. I just got done restoring mine, so I had to get intimately familiar with her ;)
@Chiefkev, that’s the “before and after surrender” thread.
