"If we can make it equate to fvck white people, you can be damn sure we're going to."
@RustyFapwagon, if it's not hypocritical, self contradictory, and full of double standards, then it's not a leftist media outlet
@RustyFapwagon, *99% of all media
@RustyFapwagon, "if we can make it equate to fvck democrats or black people, you can be damn sure we're going to"
-fox, brightbart, info-wars, tomi lahren, rush limbaugh, any far righter with a megaphone
@Hoban Washburne, "most media sources are probably pushing some agenda, and it's up to us to interrogate our sources to form conclusions that resemble the truth"
- some idiot, probably. I mean, what a dumb idea
@Blue Shirted Guy, yours is the right opinion, but if you fight polarity with centrism you get an orange in the white house
@Hoban Washburne, if looking into where and how your media sources are receiving the information they are presenting you makes you a centrist, then everyone should be centrists haha. I don't think the two necessarily need to coincide
@Blue Shirted Guy, i agree that everyone should be centrist with regards to media, but the fact of the matter is if you have a vocal group saying that the left-leaning media propagate nothing but lies, and the response from the left is that all news sources have valid opinions and bear researching, even in the face of organizations like huff and brightbart, you're faced with the ethical dilemma if saying the rational thing and having your voice lost in the radical back and forth, or picking a side to at the very least attempt to balance the debate
@Hoban Washburne, ah, I was misinterpreting what you were originally saying. I 100% agree. I wasn't necessarily saying all news sources have valid opinions, because it would take 2 seconds to interrogate a source like infowars to know that we should never use it again. But ya, I personally take a centrist mindset when approaching media, but then you have no choice but to pick a side when joining a debate. The problem is, you can't really debate against such radical viewpoints such as "all left-leaning media propagate nothing but lies." Nothing you say will be convincing.
@Blue Shirted Guy, that whole, "dont argue with an idiot, blah blah, pull you down to his level beat you with experience" addage
@Hoban Washburne, the incentive to argue with a radical, (but mostly idiotic, doesn't necessarily have to be radical) viewpoint depends on a bunch of factors. I just meant from a one-on-one standpoint, such as 2 people sitting in a room together, there's no point. I think as the potential to influence others increases, among other things, the incentive grows
@Blue Shirted Guy, yeah but thats the emotionally mature thing to do. the other incentive is to be condescending to someone you dont like, @fapwagon
@Hoban Washburne, democrats are garbage and black people commit a ton of crime
@RustyFapwagon, "fight" you are not a cat Druid sir
@TR8R, I'm a gay retard
@RustyFapwagon, I think the descriptors you were searching for are bigot and Right Wing Authoritarian.
@LeafOnTheW1nd, i think by bigot you mean "person that has seen the statistics" and by authoritarian you mean "person that supports individual liberties as much as possible as long as said individual is following the law and contributing to society"
@Blue Shirted Guy, thanks Ben Shapiro
@Child Slapper, did I say something similar to what Shapiro says? I've seen some videos of him and tried watching his recent Berkeley speech. Just not a big fan.
@Blue Shirted Guy, his latest speech was a boring reactionary speech. His usual lines are "facts don't care about your feelings" and "everyone has bias. Those who admit it are the smart ones". He's all about stats, admits his own bias, and calls out bullcrap. Those are attributes I can get behind, no matter what side they are on. Also, his IQ is higher than 150, and I like intelligent people, haha.
@Child Slapper, ya, he's definitely an interesting person to watch/hear speak. Definitely a very smart guy as well. I'm still not a big fan, for various reasons (outside of simply disagreeing on some topics). I don't quite know how to put it into words. Sometimes it feels like he's created this character for himself, if that makes sense. Sometimes it makes his bias and "facts over feelings" persona overshadow the facts themselves. Though, I guess you need an entertaining persona for a lot of people to listen to you, so I can't really blame him haha
@Blue Shirted Guy, haha, I agree completely. I disagree with some of his positions, but I don't listen to anyone who doesn't consider all sides and admit to bias.
You can't tell me that the Pilgrims weren't the first 'Alien Invasion'
@Good Guy Satan, The Vikings a few centuries before?
@Jdrawer, There was no one before them so the Vikings couldn't have invaded anyone
@Good Guy Satan, so native Americans just kind of what suddenly popped into existence a few seconds after the pilgrims landed???
Well no, pilgrims weren't refugees. They were Protestant, the majority religion in England when they left. They did however practice a more extreme version than the Anglican Church, so between that's the big reason. Feel free to correct me if I remembered my one euro history class wrong
@Captain Anderson, they kinda were because everyone hated the puritans. Yes England was Protestant but their theology was still kinda close to Catholicism. Main difference was king got the final bit of power not the pope
The actions of a few don't define the whole, they came as refugees and a lot of them did kill, who said each one was exclusive
@EddySteady, it all comes down to a rather cruel question:
Do you choose to, knowing that there will be pedo gangs preying on white girls, misogynistic men and idealogs, and further instances of murder, hate crimes, and terrorism, allow these people in to save the innocents on their side? They have victims too.
It's not a nice reality and it is a tragically horrific decision. But unfortunately, as many victims as they have, there is enough of them that are making victims over here through barbaric, tribal acts of horror to young girls.
They are not even repentant over it. For that, to prevent further droves of our own people (British) from being hurt, I'd refuse more and focus on integrating those we have.
@EddySteady, He's like a Nazi! But not like the ones who killed Jews, no, he studied science!
@Sambob, it's sad when people get down voted for making sense
@TR8R, "making sense" is "hate speech" to leftists
@Kangaroo Jacked, "making sense" is "hate speech" to righties
@liberachi , nah not really
@liberachi , how bout instead of angrily downvoting because you're scared of being wrong you act like an adult and write a reply to explain your case?
@TR8R, why would I do that if you and kangaroo jacked didn't
Practice what you preach
@liberachi , I did reply. You just downvoted after copying exactly what Kangaroo said and changing a single word. Soooooo nice try?
@Sambob, By that logic we shouldn't allow our current population to live here, as- while there are victims- there are pedo gangs preying on white hirls misogynistic men and idealogs, murder, hate crimes, and terrorism all within our population, and exiling everyone would decrease further instances of above atrocities.
Do you want to see an accelerated increase to those number for those groups?
We can't deal with our problems by solving the issues of others; pushing our own issues on the back burner to deal with new ones does not help the country.
How can we solve problems with the west when we are dealing with the problems the east brings? Both have legitimate issues, but at least the west has progressed socially in the last thousand years for the common man.
We are not perfect but we are above this, hence our revulsion when we find our own doing these despicable.
@TR8R, well I think on an ethical standpoint turning away the people who are fleeing a civil war is reprehensible.
@LeafOnTheW1nd, I think on a legal and moral standpoint protecting your own citizens is a priority over bringing in refugees and endangering the lives of your own people
Dam cucksed MSM AM I RITE????
You know you have been reading too much Harry Potter when you read that as "Slytherin refugees".
I think this person is really talking about the Puritans
