Especially Danzo, fvck Danzo
@iAMtheLegueOfShadows, When you look at the whole show, literally almost everything is Danzo's fault.
@Xenn, the one other thing was Oorichimaru's fault, but you know he actually helped at some point
@18bluecat, pretty sure danzo was like "oh he's not a threat other elders, forget about him!" And they all believed him.
@18bluecat, I mean danzo was pushing for orochimaru to be hokage so his huge ego is probably in part the fault of danzo
@iAMtheLegueOfShadows, unpopular opinion, Danzo meant well overall and wanted what he believed was best for the village. Even though he did things is a rather harsh and inhuman way, it’s not like he was evil. Frankly almost all the “bad guys” were not evil, simply used and abused through manipulative encouragement by several levels of “bosses”. Exceptions would be Hidan and Kakuzu because to me it seemed like their motivations had no need for manipulation, they genuinely did their crimes out of self interest while simultaneously working with Akatsuki.
@GarlHarl, ...yeeeaah...if by “best for the village” you mean murdering Kōsuke (messenger frog) that was supposed to worn Naruto that Pain is attacking Konoha. Which not only lead to the distraction of Konoha itself, but as well as the deaths of countless women and children. Then yeah sure
@iAMtheLegueOfShadows, he did it because he did not what Naruto to come back to the village, he felt that nine tails falling into the hands of pain was worse than the deaths of some villagers. Keep in mind he probably had a school of thought that even though people would die, the threat of pain could still be defeated without naruto, how could he know pain had a power like almighty push, which wasn’t even known at the time he killed the frog messenger. On top of all that, he still had izanami, so he knew he could survive and could fight the threat of need be. Either way, that was his inhuman and harsh way of protecting the village. It just didn’t work when pain actually used full power.
When you don’t watch anime, these memes are seriously just impossible to read.
@Berntley, that sounds like a you problem.
@Raki Zaki, wouldn’t call it a problem, to be honest
