Well, it was potentially impeding a federal agent
@Jakobian, a mail person is not an "agent"
@Not him again, it is a federal agency
And they are agents
5. a person who works for or manages an agency
@Jakobian, the CIA is also a federal agency, and yet despite what most movies say, they are actually "officers", not agents. Technically the only people who are federal agents are FBI field people. Simply working at a federal agency does not make you an "agent" of the government. It makes you an employee. I'm not going to refer to my mail person as a government agent, I don't care what your link says. Do they refer to a mayor or congress person as an "agent"? Not that I've ever heard
@Not him again, your kid's teacher is a government agent
@Not him again, I disagree. I identify as an agent.
@Not him again, You're right that people like mail carriers and cia people may not be known colloquially as agents, however in the letter of the law a federal agent is one who works for a federal agency. Hence the term agency. Mayors and other elected officials would not be agents, because they work directly for the people, not for a controlling agency
@dj evolve fan club, I went to, and will send my theoretical kids to private school, so no, they are not
@Not him again, mayors and congressmen are not part of an agency and they are elected officials, the CIA are in fact agents and some of their specific job titles involve the term officer. Your argument is really non existent my dude he is right
@Medic135, fvck, IM a government agent.... but not federal
I'm Gonna Do What's Called a Pro Gamer Move
Yeah, how'd that work out for you bud?
@Not him again, well judging by the picture of the tow truck hooked to the cop car, I’m guessing very well
@Professor Kukui, yeah, maybe for about 5 minutes. You know you have to sign your name and fill out a form to get a car towed? Its not like you just call them from a payphone and say tow this car
@Not him again, dude do you NOT see that the tow truck is getting ready to take the cop car? Like it’s happening old what you’re fighting for
@Professor Kukui, he means the aftermath. How the cop will react
@BrenadryI, I imagine he'll learn how to park better.
@Professor Kukui, do you NOT understand that the entire police department will see those records, and write the person that called it in a ticket every chance they get?
@Not him again, that sounds like an abuse of power from a cop who thought he was above the law
Cop proceeds to enforce that law everytime its broken now.
I'm thinking this is a load of BS. The car probably broke down.
@RogueKnight, and you would be correct...
@Not him again, FBI investigators are special agents. There are also special agents in the DEA, ATF, ICE, AFOSI, ACIC, NCIS, DCIS, and Secret Service. You seem to be conflating FBI agent with Federal agent. Representatives and senators are meant to be agents of the people to the federal government; furthermore, they are a branch of the government, not an agency. Mayors are elected leaders of a town or city government; therefore, they are not agent, once again due to not working far an agency.
If you won't accept the definition of agency from the government website relating to such, then you are blatantly commiting cognitive dissonance
A cop pulled me over today, and immediately after he finished talking to me and started driving did an illegal U-turn without looking and drove someone off the road (they veered off so he didn't ram straight into the driver door)
@ Ump89, I’ve never seen a worse driver than a cop
Oh that’s twisty
Good. I fücking hate it when cops disregard the law.
People should start holding cops accountable and stop praising them. they need to learn that they aint shît. so they stop acting like they are above everyone else. this morning saw 2 uniformed officers in the pov cutting through traffic.
No, you didn’t.
It’s Berkeley, the car is being towed because the officer was arrested and sentenced to death for using the wrong pronoun
How the turn tables
