I hate it when people do this. Giving a desert eagle to someone you know can't handle just to film it and put it online is extremely dangerous to themselves and people around them. There's nothing safe about giving a first time shooter a huge ass handgun.
@CriTiKa1, could not agree more. I am all for educating people on firearms, but start with a .22 or a 9mm. It's like the grandpa that thinks it's funny to hand a 10 gauge with a slug to an 8 year old. All we can do is try to properly educate people.
@CriTiKa1, Still, she recovered well though. She kept it pointed down range even after it hit her head.
@CriTiKa1, one of the worst things I've heard of is at a gun show they gave a 12 yr old an Uzi and he wasn't prepared so he held down the trigger and the recoil ended up pointing the gun at him. Unfortunately he died because of this.
@That Bear over there,I remember hearing about this
@That Bear over there, There was a similar story of a 12 year old girl being taught how to use an automatic Uzi at a gun range in Arizona. She couldn't handle it and ended up killing the range instructor.
@CriTiKa1, you're assuming she didn't go into it forewarned.
Just saying, while I know a couple guys that would set a girl up to make a fool out of themselves, I know more girls that would be like "no. I can do this. Watch this."
@I Are Lebo, They still shouldn't have given it to her. That's how accidents happen.
@CriTiKa1, agreed. But I've seen situations where the victim put themself in the situation.
@I Are Lebo, just sayin.
Not saying it is her fault.
I'm just saying don't assume.
@CriTiKa1, Americans and their guns
@CriTiKa1, I agree 100% but unfortunately she knew the risks and the power. The video is a very old one on youtube.
@Jfosh, I'll have you know when I was 10 I was shooting a 12 gauge. Learned how to shoot a rifle on a 300. But then again I was also 5,3 and 180 pounds.
@the real Iron Man74, ha. Big difference between a 10 and a 12 gauge. And an 8 year old with a slug in a 10 gauge no less. But yeah I hear you. I was on a 270 at 9 and had a 12 gauge also. But I was also big for my age.
@CriTiKa1, That looks like an M9 thpugh.
@Jfosh, ya people really do get carried away and try to make shooting comical. Truth is it ain't no joke. My grandpa and uncle are hunter safety instructors and they put a firearm in all the grandkids hands about the age of 4. Even though it was a BB gun they still taught us the same principles as if it was a bigger gun.
@the real Iron Man74, I'm a firm believer that if we taught our kids the truth about guns, and not an unfoundedfear of them, we would be much better off. All I can say is I will do my part and help anyone who I can to be responsible when it comes to guns.
@Jfosh, as a future marine and gun enthusiast I completely agree. Though this stuff still makes me giggle...
@Jfosh, I started out using a .45 but I was taught how to hold it first
@Gollum Fetish, an M9 is 9mm. A 9mm will never ever kick like that. That is a desert eagle.
@CriTiKa1, false... I knew a guy instructor who was extremely well known. Went around teaching the military and law enforcement. One round in the camber, point down range, shot. Tell them what they did wrong. Reload one shot. Again. Etc. You have to be a legitimate retard to hard a kid a fully loaded uzi. Had a 8 year old an uzi one shot at a time and youre fine if you make sure he points it down range.
*gun not guy, *hand not hard, *hand not had... wow that... that was bad
@2ndAmendment, With improper holding it could. That still doesn't change the fact that some moron handed her a gun without proper training.
@Gollum Fetish, i have a 9mm. My girlfriend learned to shoot with it. Limp wristing a 9mm will never have that effect. I fired it linp wristed just to make sure she wouldn't get hurt. It obviously recoils, but not to this extent. I do agree though, these gun "blooper" vids are the most idioti. Things I have seen on the internet.
@2ndAmendment, My dad's .40 will kick like a mule if you aren't especting it. But I Are Lebo had a point too, it could've been some girl going in all cocky "If the guys can do it, so can I."
@Jfosh, my grandfather did that exact thing on my 8th birthday....except i didn't shoot it until recently. But still.
@That Bear over there, yeah I heard about that... Very sad indeed..
She blacked out so hard even the gif faded out
If only she had some sort of large, bouncing things on her chest to absorb some of the impact.
Wow, Metal Gear Solid V looks great.
@C BOT, tits not big enough for a Japanese game
When guns go for that double kill.
@AliG, guns don't kill people my @ss
This is fake. They don't actually kick very much. They kick as hard as a 40.
@Showzs, look at her
@Showzs, her arms are like twigs, they are fully extended, she has both hands clasped together. This .50 kicks harder than a 44 magnum, which I have fired and seen hit people in the face.
"Hit her in the head, hit her in the head, hit h.. YES!!" I'm a bad person...
I'd hit it
Is that a woman?? Also thats a .50 cal weapon so really should have got a grip on that thing
@Jeha95, I'm sorry but it seems that you have forgotten some pronouns
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, so she* really should have got a grip on that thing.
Props to her for keeping it aimed down range.
Silents early days
Florida woman would know how to handle a gun
Why is that guy wearing a bikini top?
where are her legs?!
Let the recoil bring the gun over the shoulder ARGH
Personally I'm slightly concerned as to why they are shooting in what appears to be a park.
