Who’s ready for cancel culture to be over?
@ImNotRacistBut cancel culture = cancer culture,
@ImNotRacistBut, canceling cancel culture would feed cancel culture
@ImNotRacistBut, i really hope all these woke companies go under. Wish the sports teams would too but theyre a little harder to get rid of
@ImNotRacistBut, 10-year-old me
@ImNotRacistBut, liberal insanity has no end
@ImNotRacistBut, are you saying we need to cancel cancel culture? I'm not sure what that makes you, but how (insert derogatory term)ist you are!
@Dknessfalls, "hello, Washington Redskins, fvck you"
@ImNotRacistBut, dude for real. Cosby, Spacey, and fvcks like them needed to go but it's gotten out of hand
@ImNotRacistBut, all you have to do is stop listening to them and continue to buy the product / watch the show / say what you feel. Vote with your dollar and watch how quick their power fades. They only have power when you listen.
@ImNotRacistBut, when mainstream media cancels itself
@ImNotRacistBut, but if we cancel cancel culture won’t that just be a continuation of cancel culture? *hits blunt*
@ImNotRacistBut, please out the downvoters so that we may cancel them.
@big freedom, bro I got so many notifications I don’t even notice
@BigJohnson86, You sunofabitch I’m in
@ImNotRacistBut, the same people who never wanted it to start.
So true! America hasn't gotten a single bit better since the 1800s. Don't pay attention to all that pesky progress like electing an African american man president and a woman winning the popular vote, its the worst most racist sexist country on the planet!
@qwertee, that's kinda like when people said "I don't see why black people are complaining, all of our wives love Oprah." Just cuz a fraction of minority groups can "make it" doesn't really suggest people things are really better below the surface.
@danied1, exactly, we must ignore progress to justify each new increasingly small injustice. Would Oprah have been allowed on TV in the 50s? Would Obama have been elected in the 70s? Or 80s? Progress takes time, and "below the surface" is a clever way of saying not everything is equal for all people. Equality of opportunity will only happen when we invest in low-income communities over a period of decades, equality of outcome is never really possible in a free society. Talking about racist butter doesn't help.
@qwertee, No I feel you on the racist butter nonsense, that's more pretty much just corporate PR to avoid any headaches. But you could say that is also the result of social awareness. I'm black and when I heard they were changing the whole aunt Jemima bottle, it didn't help any current racial issues but the conversation that people had forced some to go back and look at what the mascot represented. Not tangibly helpful but not completely useless
@danied1, I tend to agree that social awareness is good and that some things should change! My issue tends to be with the amount of rage that is brought over some very small issues (i.e. pancake toppings) and how the larger conversation is about how horrible things are now. I've had close friends tell me that we are living in the most racist time in American history, which I think takes a shocking lack of historical knowledge to say. We can improve our society, but smearing the entire country as racist for each issue that comes up makes most people feel hopeless about it ever being better because each time an issue is fixed, the underlying issues still exist. We can do better.
@qwertee, fvcking massive big ups to you brother! Honest to God, that last part there really hit me hard, Over in Canada it's hard to sympathize with the normal sane and rational people in America when it seems so much easier to look at the crazies and go "Yup, just America being America." Thanks for the slice of humble pie brov 🤜🏾
@danied1, same to you my friend! 🤛
Better or worst?
@megamanx181x, What am I supposed to fap to now? A bunch of trees?
@slapmysalami, all this butter and nothing to jerk off to
@megamanx181x, Butter or worst?
@King of Thunder, ahhh!! Thats a good one
Still have the indian on it where I am.
@TheGoogler, All the “racist” products were on the bargain shelf at the store I shop at. How is it “woke” to erase all the minorities from the products we love? To me that is the essence of being racist.
@ZohmB, Can't have PoC being business heads, models, and spokes people that's degrading. Also they shouldn't use the same bathrooms, restaurants, housing, ect. as whites they need their own safe places with people of their own kind so they feel more safe. Am I doing this right?
Sun God help us...
