Damn it thanos you bästärd what am I gonna do without my 11 herbs and spiced chicken?
Ok so I’m going to go ahead and talk since it’s the two week period. So the ending happened because it was the only way Dr. Strange described they could win. Thats we he gave Purple hulk the time stone and why he purposely lost the war. All our favorite characters will come back. I’m open to discussion.
@Never Trust Me, it's gonna have something to do with Captain Marvel, but yeah, Doc did mention there was only one way to win. Although is Thanos winning such a bad thing? Overpopulation is a problem and being dead isn't always so bad
@Never Trust Me, Of course they’re coming back. Black Panther and Spidey both are pretty much guaranteed to have sequels. Pretty sure Tom Hiddleston is done, though.
@The Aussie, I had the same thought. I love marvel movies for doing these thought experiments. Just like the fight between cap and Tony in civil war, it’s fairly morally ambiguous as to which is the correct answer to the problem. Just like infinity war. Like yeah, overpopulation leads to many problems: disease, starvation, and political instability. Thanos speaking from experience talks about how overpopulation lead to the collapse of his world; its a real issue. There are other, more humane options, but it’s hard not to look at mass, non-biased genocide as the best option. It’s pretty fair, considering no species/member of a social class/ political leader/ minority are excluded from this RnG extermination of half of all life. Plus, it gives populations a reset, making species and civilizations sustainable for much longer. P.s. I promise I’m not a psychopath I’m just speaking from a utilitarian standpoint
@Never Trust Me, dont you mean "change my mind" ?
@Never Trust Me, it's obvious they're going to use the Time Stone to reverse what Thanos did. The question becomes how to get it back.
@Never Trust Me, But what if my favorite character was Heimdall?
@Never Trust Me, except marvel confirmed they were real deaths and won’t be coming back
@troubled panda, there is already a confirmed Spider-Man sequel set for July 5, 2019, so there’s no way the dusted heroes are staying dead. The only people who are likely to remain dead are the ones who died before the *snap*
@Never Trust Me, purple hulk?
@WiseWonton, my man thanos
@Never Trust Me, obviously they’re coming back. Can’t keep making money if half of your characters are gone!
Not the colonel
@buzz killinton, exactly what I was gonna say
Is this why Reba has been doing the commercials?
Go see it right now.
My friend who uses IFunny showed me this meme before it got on here. He also told me that FP and IFunny have the same memes. I don’t know how to feel
*brain starts to deteriorate as mind shuts down after IFunny breaches into the gates of my mind*
Ive heard all the spoilers and thats fine im not a huge marvel fan but my question is: is it really worth it to go see this movie?
@Stabby, I'd say just wait until it's on Netflix or something
@Stabby, it’s definitely one of my favourite marvel movie. If you’re done with all the « they lived happily ever after » ending, this movie is for you. Plus Josh Brolin performance is worth the money.
