If you don't mind, it's 12 where I'm at, and I'm a bit bored. So I'd like to ask a question: Who here lives in California? If you don't, where do you reside in? Just a bit curious. I live in the central valley. I just want to get a rough idea of how the small the world actually is. Hehe (:
@TheNoodleNapper, TN man, how's it like there?
@CIABA, Tis a woman who is known as TheNoodleNapper (:. And I love it here. For the most part it's true of what they say. Couple of hours away from the beach, a couple of hours away from the mountains. Several vacationing spots. Personally, other than the cost of living, there's not too much to complain about. How's it there?
@TheNoodleNapper, THE BIG CA! Its 12:23 right now in southern cali
@TheNoodleNapper, Kentucky. I'm actually planning on moving to California in a couple of years! It's so boring in KY.
@Pretty Sweet , Californians unite!! How far south if you don't mind me asking?
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in California around Julian area
@TheNoodleNapper, Los Angeles born and raised!
@TheNoodleNapper, Maryland now, but I'll be coming to California for college
@TheNoodleNapper, Oh, I apologize for just assuming. Sounds really nice, was thinking of going there sometime soon, really wanted to see the Google headquarters. It's alright here, I live in Clarksville by the Fort Campbell Military base. Not much to really do , unless you want to take a ride to Nashville which is about 45 mins.
@SoMuchMetal, Lol I don't think you'll be disappointed here! What makes KY not so fun? Lol
@PaulDaddy, What college? And what do you plan on.studying? But that's awesome! Happy Early Welcome!
@pandapenis8, Is that more north?
@TheNoodleNapper, All we really have is the KY Derby, but that's only once every year. Plus, just typical "redneck" stuff. I just don't fit in with the people around here haha.
@scenes from a hat, I actually used to live in Bakersfield. Not too far from L.A! Loved it when I visited!
@TheNoodleNapper, no south of central valley, north of San Diego
@CIABA, Haha no worries. So I'm guessing it's a small town? Or more if a country town? I'm not too educated about other states so I hope I didn't come off as dumb if those questions had obvious answers lol
@TheNoodleNapper, so many Americans! I live in the UK! it's 8 in the morning here
@CIABA, I disagree with NoodleNapper, but it might just be my location. I live in Oceanside - near San Diego. I detest it here. There are no seasons, just a year long, wretched Summer (I hate the heat and love the snow) with bipolar weather conditions. You can't go 5 miles without being faced with construction work. Traffic is always horrible. ALWAYS. The nearby beach is pleasant, but local businesses exploit the location for profit. Also at the beach is a plethora of bird shjt, tourists, and Jersey Shore wannabes. Gang presence is high (though fortunately, gang violence does not occur as often as one would think), and armed theft is not uncommon. You need a car to get anywhere not within a half mile of your house, which doesn't help the gas prices. Of course, you could just live downtown...which is highly unlikely unless you're filthy rich and/or are willing to sell your soul for a lease.
@TheNoodleNapper, I don't like it here
@TheNoodleNapper, Franklin Furnace, Ohio.
@2807Ollie, Lol! Good morning!
@SimonPetrikov, I could complain a lot about Bakersfield. For not being as big as L.A., or San Diego, Bakersfield is on the map for notorious reasons, but I nonetheless, love the place I was born. Lol those are my roots, but I understand what you're saying! From a tourists point of view, I'd recommend newcomers to visit it, whereas you might want people to stay away from it. Lmao! Do you ever plan on moving out?
@TheNoodleNapper, hahaha it's alright. It's a big town and it's growing really fast , but the thing is , with everything growing so fast the roads can't keep up with the up and coming buildings , and being that it's close to a base a lot of military families are moving in and everything's getting congested.All the new buildings are just restaurants and gyms lol, so there's not much entertainment.
@Nicholas the Stout, Boo! Ohio needs to secede from this country. Lol just kidding (:
@SimonPetrikov, Oh jeez, I completely understand why you'd feel that way, I'd detest it too. Have you always lived there?
@TheNoodleNapper, Eventually, maybe. I'd like to go back to Boston - I lived there four years of my life, and I felt more at home there than I ever did here (I was born here, and spent the first ten years of my life here). New Hampshire and Maine are also options. On the other hand, I've become very attached to my church here, and I have a lot of responsibilities. I'm undecided. What about you? You like it where you are, that's a given. But do you ever think about leaving?
@CIABA, First 10 years of my life, then the past 6. I spent 4 years in Massachusetts.
@TheNoodleNapper, Utah anyone? No, it's just me?
@SimonPetrikov, I lived in Oceanside for a few years not to long ago. You're making it sound so much worse than it really is. Once you move to a place like Wyoming (where I am currently) you will appreciate it much more.
@CIABA, Oh I see. The abundance of gym buildings are not fitting too well in your lifestyle of donuts and chili cheese fries? "Curse you 24 Hour Fitness." *swallows bagel whole* Haha I kid. What's making it grow really fast? Is it due to the military or are there other reasons?
@SimonPetrikov, I heard Boston was a nice place. My oldest brother lived there for a while. Have you visited New Hampshire or Maine and or you've just done research and figure they'd be potentially great places to live? Well, I'm a big California fan. Lived in Bakersfield up until last year, but visited a lot of vacation spots around that area, and now I've moved closer to Fresno with my boyfriend who moved here from Georgia (he hasn't done a lot of sightseeing), so I'm glad to share future experiences with him!
@TheNoodleNapper, i live in Savannah GA
@TheNoodleNapper, SoCal Cost :)
@SMG73, It's subjective, really. I probably do see it as worse than it is, but it's because it's somewhere I don't want to be.
@TheNoodleNapper, Vegas, baby! Just about to get the night started.
@Natsu the Salamander, How is it?
@spacky, Lol might just be you :p
@Banana Waffle, Woohoo! And no better way to begin the Vegas night than by looking at funny pics! :)
@TheNoodleNapper, Dallas, Texas born and raised
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in palos verdes southern california
@TheNoodleNapper, Kentucky , plan on moving somewhere else though
@TheNoodleNapper, WISCANSIN, yes that was intentionally misspelt

@TheNoodleNapper, in corona,CA
@TheNoodleNapper, Seattle area!
@TheNoodleNapper, Houston Texas here! But LA is one of my favorite places ever! San Diego is really nice too, those are the only places I've been to in CA haha
@TheNoodleNapper, 619 Sun Diego represent! :D
@SimonPetrikov, dude then move outta there. California is a really great place to live, and there are hella colder places to move to.
@old man guy, yay Corona! I lived there for 10 years.
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in Fontana, California :3 But I'm moving to OC this fall for college!
@TheNoodleNapper, SoCal here! Born in L.A., moved to I.E. (Corona, then Jurupa Valley), and spent 4 years in La Jolla, San Diego for college.
@TheNoodleNapper, Vancouver, Canada!
@TheNoodleNapper, yay, another Bakersfieldian (if that's what we're called :p)
@TheNoodleNapper, I'm over in Utah, it's three in the morning where I am and I am surrounded by Mormons and atheists. Probably just my friends though...
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in Arizona, but I'm in British Columbia visiting relatives.
@SimonPetrikov, Then move
@Imasianproductions , Galt *-*
@TheNoodleNapper, S.F. Bay area here.
@TheNoodleNapper, Minnesota, don't I feel alone here
@TheNoodleNapper, East Bay represent! Not all of us are thugs.(:
@TheNoodleNapper, cali, baby! Fresno :-) unfortunately lol
@TheNoodleNapper, Kingsville, Ontario :D
@TheNoodleNapper, Music capital of the world bro. Austin, Texas
@ Arixess, Im atheist...
@TheNoodleNapper, Live in AL but born in FL. Want to get a career as a college professor up north though.
@Your Grandma, SO IT WAS YOU WHO STOLE THE NAME FROM RIGHT UNDER MY SAGGY TITTIES
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in central NJ. I'm going on a vacation to California today.
@Natsu the Salamander, Finally! I've found another Georgian!
@TheNoodleNapper, San Diego! WOOP WOOP!
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in upstate New York. Not in the city in the country. Up by the Adirondacks. I have to say it because a lot of people have a bad view on New Yorkians because of the city.
@TheNoodleNapper, Long Island, New York
@TheNoodleNapper, San Diego California. Actually in el cajon, about 30 minutes from the beach and it gets hotter than satan's ball$ack here before 10:00.
@TheNoodleNapper, Stockton 209, Homie.
@Underwater Unicorn, any ideas as to where?
@RissRiss, Woooo! Way on the other side! How is it?
@jklyt1, Oh, you have a lot more to see :p !
@Captain47, Lmao! Something like that! Was hoping to find somewhere from there, and now I did. Mission accomplished!!
@ Arixess, Awesome groups of friends. Def have both sides of the spectrum with you. Lol
@IrrelevantHobo, Haha I live like 40 minutes away from Fresno!! Why is it unfortunate? I just go there for doctor appointments, and the traffic is definitely unfortunate. Haha could that be one of several reasons?
@Hermaeus Mora, Oh! To where?! Have fun!!
@TheJakeanator272, My boyfriend moved from there to California! How is it there?
@fishlish, Do they really? What people?! Lmao. That came as a surprise. Now that I think of it, my brother who moved to Massachusetts said a lot of people didn't like him because he was from California. What's up with all the dislike towards people from different states? Lol
@DoodoaXD, That's awesome! My friend is from Egypt! It seriously looks like a very beautiful place!!
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in Sacramento, California!
@TheNoodleNapper, the weather is very bipolar. Remember the whole snowpocolypse in Atlanta? It was about 80 degrees the next week. So yeah...other than that good!
@TheNoodleNapper, I think it comes from stereotypes. When I travel and tell people I'm from New York they assume I'm some jerk from the city. This happens a lot in the mid west
@TheNoodleNapper, central valley as well man
@TheNoodleNapper, id tell you, but it sounds like your gonna nap with my noodle...
@fishlish, Aw man sorry about the experiences!! I'm not really aware of the stereotypes for New York people, so you caught me off guard when you said that!! Lol
@TheNoodleNapper, am I that friend? XD. You know, it is really, but right now is really fvcked up. Ah man, during the 60s-2011, it was just beautiful. My parents/ grandparents can back that info up. But thanks really!
@FFCrisisC, Yay!!! I just moved over here near Fresno, and even though the likelihood of any of us bumping into each other that live here are slim, I still take comfort that there are still Funny Pics users around me!!!
@TheNoodleNapper, lol I'm actually in Bakersfield where you said you lived
@ClashNBash, I've been going to group meetings to help restrain myself... If that makes adds any comfort.
@FFCrisisC, I.. I don't know how to respond. :p Hahaha
@TheNoodleNapper, well damn neither do I
@TheNoodleNapper, but actually although I don't support him, now that that a hole Sisi is president, things are actually better tourist wise. Cause tourists aren't afraid anymore. And btw you seem like a nice dude, this place gives me hope that the internet isn't all bad people.
@DoodoaXD, Right before you said that I was replying to your other comment with " I don't want to sound like a typical girl..." Lol. But anyway, my friend from Egypt showed me makeup from there and makeup that can only be bought there and it was such high quality and pretty. (45% of my opinion is coming from the makeup she showed lmfao), and the rest she showed me DOZENS of pictures, and it was beautiful. Glad everything is looking up over there, and hopefully it continues to look up!!
@SoMuchMetal, Where do u live in KY? Mind u I love living here but then again I live in Louisville
@TheNoodleNapper, the bay
@TheNoodleNapper, me! In socal, near San Diego
@TheNoodleNapper, central Indiana
@TheNoodleNapper, yes, we do have quality make up. I bought my mom lipstick when I was little and it's still here today. Although she gets hers from outside... Hmm, I'll do more investigating on Egyptian make up.
@TheNoodleNapper, Bay Area motha fvckas
@TheNoodleNapper, San Diego county CA
@TheNoodleNapper, I was born in Monterey, CA, but I currently reside in Florida, sadly.
@Dyrewulff , I'd love to move somewhere colder. But I have obligations out here. Plus, I lack the funds.
@Fancy Dinosaur, Aw! Why sadly? How long did you live in Cali before moving? And what's so bad about Florida?
@President Dave, I live around Louisville too.
@TheNoodleNapper, South Western Ontario. I'm 10 minutes away from the Detroit border. Surprisingly, I live in the safest county in the country.
@TheNoodleNapper, I do! I live in the Sacramento Valley.
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in grand island, Nebraska but I just took a vacation to Cali a week ago. I was in the Redlands area mainly, it's so beautiful out there
@TheNoodleNapper, I live in the Central Valley to actually, Fresno to be specific. :)
@TheNoodleNapper, it's lovely, well worth the trip, especially in summer
@TheNoodleNapper, I'm from Wisconsin.
@TheNoodleNapper, Bay Area
@TheNoodleNapper, Washington state, a bit windy
@The Real Mulan, woot woot
@TheNoodleNapper, surprised there aren't any New Jersey people on here, a lot of people here have smartphones
@TheNoodleNapper, I lived in Cali for about 9 years then my family moved to Florida. I hate really hot/humid weather so Florida is pretty miserable for me.
@Ererakoth , I live in MN too!
@Kevin the minion, Cool, I live in Brainerd, how about you?
@TheNoodleNapper, Cali too. LA county
@DoodoaXD, Haha well, I don't know. The make up she got said it was exclusively where she got it from... Egypt. Lol. Maybe she was trying to convince to move there or something because makeup will make swim to the bottom of the ocean. Hahaha.
@Fancy Dinosaur, Oh, I'm sorry! You plan on moving back or moving somewhere else that isn't Florida? Lol
@Imperfect Circle, Hellz yeah!
@TheNoodleNapper, Yeah, I like colder places so I'll probably move to some land locked state on my own once I can.
@Imasianproductions , this girl I have crushed on for years is from Modesto *sheds tear*
@spacky, yeah! Utah! Haha me too.
@ Arixess, haha mine too. I don't fit in lol.
@TheNoodleNapper, it doesnt...that means you have a problem and it doesnt mean it fixed...
@TheNoodleNapper, used to live in LA then Rosamond. Now it's Salt lake Utah.
@TheNoodleNapper, alberta Canada
@TheNoodleNapper, My boyfriend lives there! I live in MA, though :P
@TheNoodleNapper, I'm actually staying in California right now for the summer
@The Real Mulan, east palo alto
@Cpzombie, 650 EPA
@Flying Dutchman, EPA
@TheNoodleNapper, SF Bay Area here! Howdy neighbor!
We must have had completely different experiences growing up in Bakersfield. I hated it and I've never actually met someone who was happy to say they lived there. Everybody always talks about running away. But it's nice to know that someone can give Bako some love :]. I'm in the east bay now and it's like a whole new world.
@TheNoodleNapper, from Texas, but currently vacationing in LA lol
@TheNoodleNapper, in MA. How does it feel to be In the other side of the coast?
@TheNoodleNapper, Virgina :/
@TheNoodleNapper, detroit michigan (im white so a modern marvel)
@SoMuchMetal, @TheNoodleNapper, I know dat feel Metal. I live in Southeast Missouri... Down in the bootheel. Super small farming town. We moved here to be close to family. Everyone has their jacked up trucks smudged with mud and I'm just a girl over here with my tattoos and dubstep like, "das cool bro." Lol. I'm hoping to move later this year. Not sure where yet. Just away from here!
@SimonPetrikov, it's your location. I myself live in Sacramento and everything is pretty nearby. Beach, snow, Lake, trails, woods, amusement park, city, suburban, urban, farm (or places like Apple Hill), and even where the really rich live.
@Srircha, I hear Sacremento is nice, and I know I love San Framsisco. It's Los Angeles on down I'm not a fan of.
@TheNoodleNapper, AZ :3
@TheNoodleNapper, Netherlands north brabant
@TheNoodleNapper, i live in RI but im actually in santa cruz right now
@TheNoodleNapper, Cal Poky SLO for mechE, cant wait to be there!
@TheNoodleNapper, the Bay Area!
@HoneyNuttedCheerios, Florida Panhandle near destin
Age of Empires?
@B1azernmn, in age of empires your clergy or clerics or whatever you call them can change your enemy's color to yours and vice versa. It just so happens that the candy name is the sound they make whilst doing this so some one capitalized changing them from a red to a blue "citizen" so to speak
@MrTeddy3189, I know, I played it all the time when I was younger. The question mark was there because Age of Empires references just aren't something you see every day.
@MrTeddy3189, but have an upvote regardless
Who else used to game Age of Empires hard a long time ago?
@Frank Gallaugher, ME. I DID IT
Anyone who can explain?
"WOLOLO" - priest from Age of Empires
@Vercin, I don't think he said that during conversions.
@Vercin, they used to scare the hell out of me as a kid.
Ohh my god. This is from Age of Empires 1 and those monks can convert people by talking that kind of gibberish. Haha the nostalgia is great for me. When you converted someone they changed color.
28 June 2014 #28June2014
Dallas Texas. Yeehaw
Write down in the books. I laughed at this
@TheNoodleNapper, Napa Valley, CA. Love it here!
@TheNoodleNapper, West Texas resident here
Romans Only Live Once?
If the Central Valley is San Jose then the world is pretty damn small!! @TheNoodleNapper
I don't understand
@ Ipod The Dew, me neither
@origamiguyljb, someone will explain eventually
@ Ipod The Dew, Nor I.
@ Ipod The Dew, and now we wait...
@ Ipod The Dew, it's from the game age of empires, the priest makes a sound like "wololo" which converts enemy troops to your troops.
@Enterpegasus, Ooh. Thanks for the explanation!
@Enterpegasus, god that was so fun, it's one of the only games were I used cheat codes just to have all those ridiculous units like big daddy and such :D good times.
