I always wondered how they worked
@The Lord of the shjt, I always knew how key worked
@Fearless Fapper, I work at Lowe's and my expertise is rekeying locks, so this is no surprise to me
@The Lord of the shjt, never played oblivion?
@The Lord of the shjt, what I don't get is how lock picking works since it can be done with a paper clip. I'd like to see that
@Says wrong thing guy, I actually learned how to lock pick from this gif... For recreational purposes of course.
@Says wrong thing guy, That's why I know how it work haha, I've been lock picking for years
@Fearless Fapper, what doesn't make sense to me is how u can keep the pins in the right position if u are using a clip
@Says wrong thing guy, You have to keep a tension with your other tool, while your pick is moving each pins. It's a pretty easy concept, just look on YouTube.
@The Lord of the shjt, now im wondering how skeleton keys work...
@Peachy Freaking Keen,
@DividedAlliance, *Orgasms alot
@Peachy Freaking Keen, MY EYE YOU FOOL

Khajiit does not require key
@TheyCallMeTaterSalad, kajiit walks on warm sands
Pin and tumbler locks are so easy to pick
@Daynste, when i was in high school i got locked out of my apartment alone and picked it with two paperclips. (One at a time, the first one broke) it was victorious but also made me feel uneasy about the security
@Dephenistrator, agreed, once you know how easy it is to pick these locks it makes you realize how little your locks/deadbolts actually do
@Daynste, deadbolts are near impossible to pick unless you have a torque gun. They're not called a deadbolt for no reason, they're so heavy they snap regular tools. I guarantee you no one has ever picked a deadbolt with a single paperclip, for any tumbler lock you need at least two essential tools: a rake and a torque bar. Rake maneuvers the pins, torque bat keeps tension on the tumbler to hold pins in the shear line
@Dwight Fart Schrute, a deadbolt is far heavier than normal torque bars can handle which snaps them and is insanely frustrating to experience. But if an intruder spends the hundred and some dollars to get a automated pick gun that applies torque of its own a deadbolt goes down in about two seconds. And is insanely satisfying to feel.
@Dwight Fart Schrute, yeah I've never picked a deadbolt I just assumed because it was the same mechanism that it would be the same to pick. Thanks for the info and the downvote
@Daynste, apologies friend. It's a late night and I had a long day, I didn't realize it but I downvoted you purely because I'm angry at someone else but am not able to express it to them at the moment. It's a horrible way to cope with things I'm aware, and you did not deserve that downvote. And I'm always happy to share what information I can.
@Dwight Fart Schrute, hey no worries, I've been there. Hope it all works out well for you
*Flashbacks to Mafia 2*
So instead of recent, funnypics now starts in popular for me. I thought stuckpixel died and wasn't updating.
I dew not like.
@Doctor Walrus, Same here
How does one lockpick this?
@Hollykat93, you have to use a tool called a torque bar on the bottom of the tumbler, applying gentle pressure in the direction the lock turns. You then insert a toothy looking tool called a take and maneuver each individual pin to its respective height. The pressure on the torque bar keeps each appropriately raised pin in place and when all are in place the torque bar will turn the lock open. Immediate orgasm.
@Dwight Fart Schrute, called a rake, not a take
i must drunkinly touched mine and my girl friends face
Sorry. I'll clean that up in a bit.
Where's my update!
The key to my heart is just a little more complex than this
