The whole story is, during the sex scene, she wanted to be nude in it and he required her to wear a body suit so that there couldn't be any chance of even her nipple getting caught on film. She thought it was kinda kooky, since get and Ewan were both adults. And they could just shoot at the right angles to not show nipples. So there was never going to be any kind of nudity in the film, either way. (Sorry for the long post)
