Better hope you’re not doing this down south, you might discover the effectiveness of individual gun ownership in a rather short, permanent lesson.
@Hot Coffee, is it really a lesson if you don’t learn from it? I guess it could be for someone else lol
@wtninja, I think so, just because you don’t live long enough to apply what you learn doesn’t detract from it’s educative potential.
@wtninja, I mean, failing a quiz doesn't mean it's not a quiz
@SimonPetrikov, makes sense, you’ve both convinced me.
@Hot Coffee, *gets shot because I'm jogging and there happens to be someone with a gun on the sidewalk*
@Hot Coffee, SC just passed open carry for CWP holders in august. 🤟🏼
@Stealthnuker, don’t jog in the inner city, problem solved.
Waiter!! This rape meme tastes funny!
Feminism Fairy: “Let me know how it goes.”
“strong and independent until things get difficult.”
@Cave Dweller, personally, I've never been asked for help with simple stuff from anyone more than my wife. To be fair she never claims to be independent, but I've heard similar things from people I know with the "strong and independent" type of woman and its pretty telling imo.
@Mantis Tobaggan, you know what they say about badasses. If you have to say it youre not one.
She’s never dialed 911 faster in her entire life
"You shouldn't assault women"
"WOW OKAY FEMINAZI, LOOK AT THIS SOY-BOY WHITE KNIGHTING FOR THE SLUT"
@SimonPetrikov, just saying, all the dudes who weren't going to assalt a woman don't need to hear this, and all those who would won't care
@Finndogs, actually you’d be surprised how many assaults are in the ‘gray area’ where they don’t realize what they’re doing is wrong
@password123, yes, but I maintain that a pre-emptive warning like this wouldn't help. If it was a grey area, then the "assulter" wasn't considering it a breech of anything, leaving it up to the other party to make their discomfort clear. If it's clear that a breech was made, and the behavior continued, then there was no grey. What I'm saying is that if there is grey, it is a two way street. He has to look for signs, but if those signs are read, then it must be made blatantly obvious. The only way to clear a grey senerio like this is by turning it Black and White, whereby the offender must choose to cease or continue, and after that point, it's either an honest mistake or a malicious event.
Im guessing that light is a muzzle flash? Lmao Jk strong independent feminist wamen dont believe in fire arms.
@CocoasBro, I can’t speak for all of them but my mom had a knife. A… not small knife.
@Canis Arktos, no offense dude im sure your moms a badass but a knife isnt gonna save you from a dude if hes alot bigger than you.
@CocoasBro, umm…. Yeah… it will if you use it. And use it aggressively. Honestly you don’t even have to be very good with it. Just aggressively willing to defend yourself. Weapons are scary good equalizers. They make up for size and skill and all sorts. If you have one and they don’t then… yeah
@Canis Arktos, yeah obviously theyre good equalizers, but melee weapons depend heavily on size and skill. The reality is if a person is sufficiently bigger and stronger than you they can stop that knife with relative ease. I mean think about it if a 5 year old rushes you with a knife what do you think are the odds of you winning that fight? Pretty damb high. You probably wouldnt even get cut.
@CocoasBro, equating an adult to a five year old is… problematic. (More than just an imperfect size analogy it discounts speed, intelligence, coordination, and the fact that the five year old is probably an idiot rather than actually intending harm)
No. Hollywood has made knives look weak for a long time. They’re actually really dangerous. You know how they say “if you get stabbed, leave the knife in. Let dr take it out”. Well then being stabbed repeatedly is… dangerous. Check out this link. All about a dude who found out his martial art is beautiful and ineffective because it doesn’t stress test. Here he stress tests knife defense. https://youtu.be/KvT5-WeagJI
Just stay safe out there ok?
@Canis Arktos, Im just saying unless youre training and you know how to fight. That knife aint gonna help you against a dude thats got a foot or more on ya.
@CocoasBro, while I agree that a knife isn't the optimal defense weapon, for some reason people do tend to fear knives more than guns for some reason, so it may scare the guy off.
@Mantis Tobaggan, fair enough point
@CocoasBro, my only assumption is that, everyone knows what getting a cut feel like so it's more intimidating, as most people haven't been shot so they don't associate that pain with the sight of a gun, but idk.
@Mantis Tobaggan, That and it potentially means theyre ready to fight and being faced with a weapon that could easily maime or kill you makes most people think twice. Though the ones who will still come at you anyway are the ones you should be worried about.
Lol I'm not gonna rape you or anything. I'm a little boy.
