Welcome to the "I shjt you not" portion of the update
Mine has died when it said 40%. I was then able to turn it back on after a few minutes and it still said 40%...this is why I have trust issues...
My iPhone 5 shuts off at 50% sometimes....I think it's time for an upgrade.
@Kuruk , Upgrade or change the battery
@Kuruk , it wouldn't surprise me if Apple programmed there phones like that on purpose so people keep buying the newest ones.
@Kuruk , Man, you don't even know. I've had my iPhone 4 for almost 4 years now. It crashes a lot...
@Kuruk , some iPhone 5 batteries were recalled. Check Apple's website to see if yours qualifies for a free battery replacement.
Maybe because 0% means there is nothing left. If it hit 0 and it was still on that's not exactly 0. Logic... Use it.
@Kony Hawk Pro Slaver, According to my Computer Science teacher it's because the batteries wear out faster if they reach 0% and 100%, so they turn off at 1% and only charge to 99%.
Mine never gets to 0%, it just dies at 1% and I'm like fvck this sh!t
At 4% right now
*raises glass* true story
Mine dies at like 20% sometimes. CURSE YOU APPLE.
And then you just stare at it for a while feeling betrayed and alone.
