the new McLovin
One of my close friends told me that I’m gonna die in four years because I got the Pfizer vaccine. I told him him that sounds like a win win Situation to me! That’s what this world is turning into.
@FAHhQ, you took something political and turned it into not that. Congratulations sir, you have won the internet and earned my respect
@FAHhQ, the Pfizer vaccine is like FOXDIE. Just start calling yourself solid snake
@Dangerous Dan Spivey, that’s the most awesome name I can ever have!
Bouncer: “It’s not good.”
McLovin*: “Oh, it’s real.”
Bouncer: “That’s not the problem. You’re missing the last 14 boosters.”
McLovin*: “Oh, right. Of course. Got a pen?”
@Cave Dweller, I disagree with you on covid stuff but this is funny
@Dangerous Dan Spivey, Well then, lucky for you, I’m on the side that’s ok with disagreement.
@Cave Dweller, *wheezing speech* Side? I'm on nobody's side because nobody is on my side... little orc.
@Dangerous Dan Spivey,
“Well yes, but actually no. (sic)”
If you are of the mind that individuals should decide for themselves what to do about this “covid stuff,” then you will find in this we disagree on nothing of consequence. Either way, “sides” have been drawn and there will be no bystanders. Our only hope is that we do not find ourselves on the wrong side— whether we chose it or allowed it to choose us.
G. Rivera: “You have no right to make a decision that negatively impacts my family.”
He’s RIGHT, but it goes both ways.
NO ONE has a right to impose a ‘vaccine’ on any one, to benefit themselves or anyone else, regardless of their perception of its side-effects/consequences— however small. No one is entitled to assess the value of risk to anyone else to benefit themselves. No one has a right to ‘decide’ to seize livelihoods, educations, rights, or freedoms in ways that “negatively affect 𝘮𝘺 family” to secure submission to tyranny however altruistic their intention.
On balance, a moot -albeit emotionally charged- argument for Rivera to make.
Never thought I’d see a whole new generation of anti vaxxers.
@MrTuxPenguin, never thought I’d see a whole new generation of anti anti vaxxers.
@MrTuxPenguin, I can see both sides, personally. Obviously, I think antivaxx is dumb as shjt, but I've also been part of a lot of test studies for vaccines and the like. I can understand being hesitant to slap somethin' into your body when it feels like the general public is the test group. Not to flaunt my tinfoil hat, but I also just kinda don't trust anyone not to screw me these days. Uncle Sam, the corpos....idk, world's pretty nuts.
Point is: I can get it, I guess.
@ImNotRacistBut, Well you’d be WRONG!
This was meant as more of a joking reply btw.
@Vanilla Ranger, I can see the other side not trusting the vaccine. I do. This just isn’t one of those times.
If this was isolated to the US Where only a few people died then I’d be hesitate as well. (Like the bird flu of 1970 I think it was). But it’s not.
You’ve got doctors all over the world saying the vaccine is safe with the evidence to back it up. On the anti vaxxer side you have the same old arguments that we used to make memes about.
@MrTuxPenguin, and the doctors that don't agree with it, you label as crackpots or get censored. When the narrative changes, you act like it was always meant to be that way. Your righteous indignation is sickening, you would turn on the unvaxxed, denying them the life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. You have an undeserved sense of moral superiority on this issue. The incrementalization is creeping along, and you are part of the side that will be begging for segregation, as you spread the vaccine-resistant variants among yourselves, blaming others, because you can't understand why as vaccination rates go up... So do the case rates. The unvaxxed just want to be left alone, instead the people who are supposedly protected from a disease, are the only ones freaking the fvck out about the ones who aren't. Do you want us to die, or live? Im having a hard time figuring it out from you?
@Mag3rPayne, I’ll gonna ask you to take step down from your soap box to tell you that those crack pot doctors are telling people to take animal dewormer medication.
You’re about two steps away from telling me crystals are gonna cute Covid.
@MrTuxPenguin, they are saying the prescribed medication works, and Reddit pharmacists and legislators are denying it to people, so they get it in the version for horses.
@Mag3rPayne, Who’s they?
@MrTuxPenguin, the doctors you like to call crackpots.
@Mag3rPayne, You mean the people who call themselves doctors.
Got any names?
@MrTuxPenguin, I'm seriously about done giving you any sources for anything. Why should I bother? You will just Google them and say you disagree.
Here are some for you.
@Mag3rPayne, are you saying that you don’t Google them? I’m just giving you the facts. Like…
Paul E. Maril: a founder of FLCCC. Who was reprimanded by the Virginia board of medicine after prescribing oxy to people who weren’t his patients. Or that time he faked his results to invent the Marik protocol or HAT protocol.
Or Pierre Kory who is an expert in ultrasonography.
Joseph Varon who treated people with ivermectin without telling them.
These are the people you trust? You do know none of them went to school in the US right?
@MrTuxPenguin, So the US is the only ones allowed to comment on medicine? You will discredit anyone to justify your decisions. You claim people on our side of the aisle just believe anything we see on the internet, but you literally just used Wikipedia and google and accepted those as fact. You ignore evidence that opposes your thought, that's bias and I'm not saying I'm not guilty of it sometimes too.
Have any thoughts on the fact that Indias areas that used ivermectin and those that didn't showed vast differences in outcomes? I'll tell you what the Indian Bar Association thinks, they accused the WHO chief who advised against ivermectin of being guilty of mass murder. Just admit if you were in charge you would enact your authoritarian regime and put those that won't accept your leaky vaccine into camps.
@Mag3rPayne, Bro, every country is saying don’t use ivermectin.
This is interesting take a look at this
“In particular, the Indian Bar brief referenced the peer-reviewed publications and evidence compiled by the ten-member Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC)”
The IBA is going off of what the FLCCC said. You’re saying the FLCCC has credibility because of the IBA. It’s a cycle. They’re giving each other credit when there is none to be given.
@Mag3rPayne, Also take this into account, Joseph Varon who was treating people with Ivermectin has been doing it for almost a year to thousands of patients yet his hospital is still overflowing. His words. The test result is that it doesn’t work.
Even Merck (the company that makes ivermectin) says don’t use it. They had warnings not to ingest it since before this whole thing.
@MrTuxPenguin, I love how you generalize all the time. Merck says don't eat the horse version. Varon works in El Paso, right next to the border, where, you know, we just let people in now. Saying his hospital is overflowing like any regular city in America is disingenuous, https://cis.org/Bensman/Border-Patrol-Reportedly-Transporting-CovidSick-BorderCrossers-US-Hospitals-and-Becoming
What is your plan to convince me ivermectin doesn't work, after it already worked for me? Japan has started using it, India already used it effectively. I have some pills now, just in case I have a rare reinfection or my wife gets it.
@Mag3rPayne, Varon works in Houston bro.
You didn’t do any research did you.
Merck says don’t use it. Stop listening to the pundits.
@MrTuxPenguin, I was mistaken on the hospital because it was the last city I read in an article. It just popped up first in my recollection. Doesn't change the fact that all Texas hospitals receive both American and migrant patients from the border.
Also, I'm sure Merck doesn't want Ivermectin data interfering with their new molnupiravir antiviral pills they were given 1.2 billion for by the US gov.
@Mag3rPayne, u can’t use Google, they are censoring the truth and are violated the 1st amendment ….believe or not.
@Helecon, I know, that's why I said what I said about "him" using Google.
Or actually get vaccinated. That’s win-win-win
@RIPtyler643, sure. Call us a sheep. Are you not going to wear a seat belt because the government said so
@YourProudFather, my father in law doesn’t wear a seatbelt for that exact reason
Oh boy! I'ma grab some popcorn and hang out here for a few.
@Drunk Pantless Uncle, I’m not antivax, but the FDA is corrupt and Pfizer has hurt a lot of people in the past. Makes me worry.
CDC changed their definition of vaccine again. Changed it from saying they provide immunity, to they only provide protection.
@Mag3rPayne, Oh man, you’d hate what they did to the Bible then.
I know the thesaurus is owned by the left but they’re synonymous.
@MrTuxPenguin, if they are synonymous why bother with the change.
@Mag3rPayne, Why bother with the outage?
Y'all know they put a chip in the vaccine supposedly it helps prevent the virus but I aint tryna get a chip in me
For me, it's when choice is removed, some people are sure what they want, and others scare easily, it's when society is ready to punish you for being hesitant, like refusing entry to a public space or not allowing travel because of vaccine status.
