Actually this is an illustration of what sleep paralysis feels like. It's super scary and I have only had it happen to me once. If you don't know what it is look it up.
@McZanderful, i was about to say that. Only Ive had it a handful of times. Usually when I take sleep aids.
@McZanderful, It happened to me once. It was cool as shjt.
@McZanderful, I always thought this picture was of an incubus?! I must go to the world wide web to find out....
@McZanderful, Had it a couple of times but never saw shadowy figures...or anyone...
@SimonPetrikov, so the emphasis is on feels. A lot of people report that they feel like something is sitting on their chest making it hard to breath and also that they feel like something is coming into the room or watching them.
@McZanderful, The paranoia was definitely there
@McZanderful, I was in third grade when it happened to me once. It was terrifying…
@dibbysound, it is, this is the incubus and the succubus
@McZanderful, I heard it happens to everyone at least once. I fear that day the way archer fears brain aneurysms
@McZanderful, mmm, nope. It's obviously an illustration of a woman performing wizard ballet.
When she can't even
Is that a chimpanzee?
@PsychedelicCow, actually I think it's a sleeping human female, understandable mistake though
@Gleeber, that moment when someone replies to you and their reply is better than your comment
@PsychedelicCow, that, my good friend, is an incubus.
It's odd she can't even
Is.....is that Shrek and Donkey?
@12lkmEXO, kinda but X rated.
Timblritis strikes again
I get this often but it's more like being trapped in your body. I don't know if it's sleep paralysis but I'm basically falling asleep and it's hard to breathe and I can't move anything, not a finger but my mind is still alert.
I'm, like, totally sCrEAMING
