What the show was
@I grade all memes, hey. Fvck you.
@I grade all memes, stick to grading memes not being wrong about anime
@Luciferthefalln1, But SAO was, to put it politely, GAR-BARGE. Interesting premise, horrible execution. Grimgar is what SAO should have been. In that Grimgar is actually good whereas SAO is not.
@I grade all memes, I agree, but the worst part is the opening by far.
@LaDarkProphet, garbage is a bit harsh. It had serious flaws throughout the first season that were straightened out in the second season. The movie was honestly really really good. Almost no awkward fan service, actual personalities and character development, and much better storytelling.
@TheWhiteWolf, Are you kidding me? The first season was the only tolerable one! The micro second they made his "sister" not family i was done. Talk about fan service. The entire show, from beginning to end, was total garbage. Like i said, interesting premise, horrible execution. Hell, Gun Gale Online is superior in every way to SAO and its a cunting netflix spin off! Thats how bad SAO is. Have you even seen Grimgar? Now thats an actual decent show. And ive never seen the "movie". Why would I? Kirito as a character is fvcking boring as hell. Can you spell Gary Sue much? No thanks fam. Ill stick to actual good shows. Like One Punch, Gringar, Goblin Slayer, Lucifer, The Punisher etc.
@I grade all memes, and they hated him for he spoke the truth.
@TheWhiteWolf, actually, the first season was the best one, and it only got worse from there. Or did you forget the part where Kirito pulls godly hacker skills out of nowhere with no foreshadowing to do something in seconds that even an actual game developer who knew the game's code would need several minutes to do? Or what about the subplot in the second arc where his sister wants to fvck him? Or the fact that he gets admin privileges for absolutely no reason in that same arc? Or what about the fact that most of the main villains end up attempting to rape someone for no reason but to drive the plot forward and have Kirito save them? And what about the fact that almost every female character loses all plot relevance and character development the moment they join Kirito's harem, and stay that way unless they need to be rescued by Kirito? Also, don't forget about the horny flaming demon clown from the most recent season.
As a guys point of view that is exactly what he was meaning
