@Mkb617, the cat probably scratched him because that's what cats do when your doing something that upsets them. Doesn't mean the kid should have hit it. The parents should have explained to the kid why the cat did what it did.

@drawAline2UandMe, that's what I am trying to say the cat did what cats do and if the kid behaves that way he should have never been out near the cat in the first place..because if anyone deserved it it was the parents not the kid... I was only responded to the (the kid deserve comment) we don't know that

@drawAline2UandMe, thing is little children don't understand reason really. The kid shouldn't have hit it for sure, but it's a lesson the child won't forget and (hopefully) will be better next time.

@Sriracha, It's not even, that, though. It's just a matter of righteous karma. This isn't a newborn, by now it understands other things experience pain - they don't need to be taight that. So if they're gonna do that kind of BS, they deserve to experience it for themselves. Maybe it's a bit "eye for an eye," philosophy, and down a flight of stairs may be harsh...but still, watching this boils my blood - far more than it probably should.

Look at the cats ears and tail. He's clearly agitated. So the was probably being a dick and the cat scratched or bit him, causing the kid to start crying and hit the cat. Hope that kid cracked his head open.

A kid that age is still learning right from wrong. Its the parent(s) that are freakin idiots... If its a parent taping it... One thing couse its not ok to treat animals like that, the other thing is that the cat could have scrathed the kids eyes out... Brainless parenting... Sigh.
