I never seen Naruto
@seeUpee, you're not missing out. The only character in that show that is any good is Rock Lee, and he's only featured in a few episodes.
@seeUpee, it's great! Especially in shippuden
I don't think people who have seen the entirety of Naruto are noobies anymore.
I don't know, both of them use the "power of friendship" trope so much and I've seen it so many times it just seems like lazy writing to me now. That and they both scream the name of whatever attack they're gonna do every time which is really annoying (and LOUD), who let's their enemy know what they're throwing out?
@GayShjtSniper, but how else can you execute your super moves
@GayShjtSniper, I feel ya. That's what turn me away from HxH. After getting a general feel, I didn't think I had it in my to invest my time watching it. Watched Berserk (1997) instead. If there's one thing I can sympathize with HxH fans, it's the wait. 😂 But gawdayum Berserk is good.
@GayShjtSniper, I'm having a hard time remembering the power of friendship moments in Hunter x Hunter. I remember that friendship played a lot in the entirety of the show. But even that waxed and waned with different understanding of what friend is or means. Could you define what you call the power of friendship?
@GayShjtSniper, Another thing I would say about the two is they both have a sense of kill or be killed. Unfortunately naruto has it for the first arc then everyone except neji is invincible. But people but in the good arcs of Hunter x Hunter there is a sense of danger and people die.
There is much older and better shows out there
There is a show on YouTube called Gon in 60 seconds this post is the vibe of the show
