Are silverfish a cryptid? *Secret Saturdays theme plays*
So I used to work in a warehouse. While there this one girl was really freaked out by them. So when she saw one one day and stomped on it right in front of me a scheme crossed my mind. With a completely serious and straight face I told her, “You shouldn’t have done that. Silverfish release a pheromone upon death that attracts more and soon we’ll have every silverfish in the warehouse scouring the area for it’s deceased companion.” The look of horror on her face was priceless as she started envisioning thousands of them descending upon us from all over. I let her sit with that thought for a few moments. Then when I finally busted out laughing saying that I was just messing with her she didn’t believe me. Guess I sold it a little too well.
Silverfish are very common in Florida. They don't do much, they just chill there.
@The Lifeguard, I live in CT and I've seen more than a few, I hate how they crumble when I try to crush them it makes cleaning them up annoying
@The Lifeguard, they will eat holes into your clothes though. They eat almost anything, but have a craving for cotton apparently. I was in pest control once upon a time.
But wait what's the site
@A Math Dealer, christianmingle.com
@A Math Dealer, I can just send you a virus link if you want.
@Yukimura, sure, skip the middle man.
Yes silverfish are real.
If you think I'm joking I'm not.
Silverfish are actually good buddies. In Japan they grow them as pets. They eat mold and small spiders among other harmful insects. They also leave humans alone, even babies, so they’re helpful buddies.
Are endermen real? It’s freaked me out a little
@Hayjamro, of course there not real my bad
Oh, hey! I reblogged this post! Nice to see it made it here.
