@SAW, the entirety of the south
@Michael Fassbender, and it's awesome here
@Laika the Space Dog, I like it, but I don't like religion too much
@Michael Fassbender, Religion is great. I know where I came from, where I'm going, I know there's a plan for me so I shan't fear death, I know the world is loved, and all people should love all people, I know the world is boundless and miracles aren't just lucky coincidences, I know my place in the world will be found whatever way I go, I have hope for the world, I know that the changes coming will be good long term, I don't have to question my place, I can feel safety through faith, and I can always see the light in the dark if you catch my drift.
@Laika the Space Dog, you don't know that, you believe that
@Michael Fassbender, You are asking me to assume what I believe in as not solid fact. If that were the case I wouldn't be believing in it, now would I? Christianity doesn't contradict science, the Papacy has even approved the Big Bang and many theories as true. "The Bible tells us how to go to Heaven, not how the heavens go." -Someone
@Laika the Space Dog, see but I'm equally as happy not believing in a religion. I'm doing just fine believing everything is a product of chance and that things only have meaning if we put meaning in them. I'm just tired of being referred to as lost any time I go near a church
@Kakashi Hitake, It doesn't bother me that you aren't religious, do whatever makes you happy. I'm just saying why I love it.
@Laika the Space Dog, well the Big Bang isn't true, it's a theory. That's what I like about science it doesn't claim to be true until proven
@Michael Fassbender, Just because it's a theory doesn't mean it isn't true, and scientists argue for the validity of their theories, Christians do nothing different. Science and religion work together all the time. They aren't very different. Science is the study of the world given to us, and religion is faithfulness to those who gave it to us.
@Laika the Space Dog, A theory is not proven to be true
@Michael Fassbender, It can be true with yet to be proven. The Big Bang has considerable proof in its favor. Ask Bill Nye if it is true, and he'll most likely say, "From what we can tell, yeah"
@Laika the Space Dog, but it's not truth, it's likely given scientific guesses, but not proven
@Laika the Space Dog, I ain't tryna argue so let's just stop, religion is your wHole tHang, not mine.
@SAW, lol, I was gonna comment that!
@SAW, regardless you have to admit it's pretty clever
@Laika the Space Dog, you hope.
@hollow114, I know
@Michael Fassbender, all the time I was reading your replies and then theirs I was thinking that you should probably just stop because you would just keep these generalized replies and it will never make sense. Then you ended it, probably for the best. I applaud your efforts.
@Michael Fassbender, just because something is a theory doesn't make in uncertain. A theory is just a widely accepted explanation of why something happens. And being a law shouldn't imply certainty.
@Michael Fassbender, in science, anything labeled as a theory is actually, by the science community, a tested, data supported fact.
@Michael Fassbender, Scientific Theories are based on strong evidence that has been collected over the years and is the best understanding of how something works, holding true in all circumstances humans have observed or calculated. Theories are essentially true, but only because we haven't found counter evidence for it.
@WifitheRouter, Theories are not yet proven nor disproven. They are not accepted as actual truth but they are often accepted as the most likely to be truth.
In circuit analysis they first theorized that (basically protons) flowed around the circuit. A few years later they found this to be false and that the electrons are what move. 1 of MANY theories that turned out to be false.
@Michael Fassbender, Not even you can fix stupid. And when it has friends to support it, it has even more power.
I feel wrong seeing monopoly man being out of his usual attire
And God said thou shall push thy religion on everyone you meet
There's so much to unpack here
@KeKesUHaulFacility , what do you mean?
@Proactive Citizenry, I think she just got back from holiday and realised she bought way too much frippery.
@Proactive Citizenry , There's just a lot going on, a lot of content to absorb, a lot of messages being sent.
I went into a bathroom in kentucky and someone had hid smaller versions of this all over
So the free gift is a plane ticket out of Texas?
