Omg I can't use abortion as post contraception, I'm so oppressed.
@Mag3rPayne, they hated him because he told them the truth
So you are of the belief that storms are worse than ever before in history? Texas structured their electrical infrastructure in a way that expected higher temperatures, and were hit with unexpected cold fronts. So much for warming, that's okay, we can say global weirding. Are you upset about the kids in cages? Or did that only matter because of republican administration? Because there are more now than any point during trump administration. I appreciate your respect for the 2nd though. I am all about liberals freedom to abort though, do it if you want. We will out breed you over time. I just think the decision of procreation should happen before the deed, not after. It's like smokers, you don't feel bad because they got cancer, because they knew it would result in that outcome.
@Mag3rPayne, hell of a word vomit. You sound fun and full of anger.
You couldn't pay me to live there right now.
@No Lollygagging, because of the abortion law, the open carry law, or the flood of undocumented aka illegal immigrants? be specific.
@Mag3rPayne, the abortion law, the voting restrictions, the border issues, the electrical infrastructure, Abbott and Cruz, and the increased violent storms. I'm liberal but in favor of the open carry laws, the Constitution says "shall not be infringed", not sure how that's being argued because it can't get much clearer than that.
@No Lollygagging, I live in Texas, I'm pretty happy with most of whats going on that I'm aware of tbh. Im not a fan of the the border being ignored, and I'm actually pretty pro choice as far as abortion is concerned so the new law isn't the greatest in my opinion either.
But refusing to operate with the ATF is fvcking wonderful and I'm ecstatic about constitutional carry as well as loosened regulation on suppressors. I havent experienced any kind of storms that I would classify as violent in recent memory either, even considering the storm that knocked out our power for days. I will give you that our infrastructure could use polish but that storm was an extreme outlier in terms of emergency preparedness so its not really exactly fair to lump all the blame on that
@Guy Fawkes, I'm a big proponent of State's rights. If the average Texan is happy with the changes Texas is implementing then that's great, the system is working. For the violent storms I should clarify that I'm concerned about climate change and the predicitions say there's nothing good coming Texas's way. As soon as I am able I'm moving back to Minnesota and getting some land, set up my family for the future. Besides that I miss the food, Colorado's food scene is super weak for some reason.
@No Lollygagging, I absolutely agree about state rights. And food is one of the best parts of life, being able to enjoy it is a must
@No Lollygagging, you say you're a liberal who opposes the protection of The Unborn and who opposes election integrity, but you also believe in the Constitution and open carry so people can defend themselves…i'm confused
But hey, if it works for you that's great. I may not agree with what you say but I will defend your right to say it. Glad you'll be going to Minnesota, great place that. I went there to visit my sister and the weather was nice. They got the mighty Mississippi and lots of green open land, also my sis does drag racing so there's excitement up there too. And Zeducation lives up there so if you want some memes about what's happening in that state then that's a good channel to watch.
Best of luck to ya!
@Good Pineapple Pizza, I don't love abortion and it should never be used as a contraceptive, but no, I don't agree with Texas's law. Also, I don't believe there was election fraud, so I am against the restrictions. I agree with you about defending First Amendment rights too. Your description of Minnesota sounds like sarcasm but just in case it isn't, I agree, Minnesota is great. A very underrated part of the country, for now.
@No Lollygagging, please expound on the voting “restrictions” without using CNN or MSNPC as a source.
@Pubmarine Shamwich, will NPR work?
@No Lollygagging, It won’t. Haven’t you heard? The media is owned by the left. Nothing will work.
@MrTuxPenguin, well npr is state funded. Depending on your opinion of RT or the BBC. It'd be fair to call it propaganda.
@No Lollygagging, I'm not big on npr, but I'd like to ask you to explain your problems with these voting laws. And if it'd not be trouble, state what kind of laws you'd like in place.
