So, I'm starting to accumulate tools to start DIY my own furniture. Maybe I'll be able to sell some too if I want. With being single and owning my own home, I can now pursue this. I have a sunroom that I'm going to turn into a workshop. I remember enjoying woodshop in middle school.
Any advice for those of you who may already do this?
@TheGoogler, I don't do this but enjoy it. Depending on your personality you may not think you're perfect at the beginning but keep at it and you will only improve. Kick some ass Googler
@TheGoogler, get a laser level and an electric plane. Saves so much ball ache and they’re cool AF
@JAMA, expensive lol, maybe down the road for those.
@TheGoogler, japanese joinery is incredibly satisfying, both to watch, and perform.
@TheGoogler, Don’t cut corners…wait that’s your job.
I mean it’s better if you spend the money up front and get the good stuff.
