What anime is that girl from? I see her everywhere but I've never asked.

@HELLUVA ENGINEER, Nagataro is her name, the anime/manga's name is translated in a bunch of ways Please Don't Bully/Tease Me, Nagataro or Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagataro, I can't remember which is the "official" one. I think its Tease, but if I remember correctly "bully" is technically the more correct translation, but they didn't want to use it for advertising here.
