The only right thing to do.
To whomever recommend the game For The King on here a few days ago. Thank you. This game is amazing and I encourage everyone to try it out. I am currently legitimately sad that my characters Grognak, Freya and Lord Bashington have died. Rest in piece my little heroes.
@A pet named Steve, Hey, idk what For the King is about or even what genre, style or type of game it is but i highly recommend you check out Kenshi on steam. Its on sale right now for pretty cheap, in the U.S anyway. Its... A game that needs to be played by anyone who likes to make up their own stories as you go. Check the youtube channel General Sam for some ideas on how Kenshi works.
@LaDarkProphet, I just checked it out. Not exactly my type of game but I do love the freedom they give you! I wish more games were like that. Where you're not the chosen one but actually work for what you want to be.
@A pet named Steve, I know right? Did you check out that YouTube channel? He has some pretty funny vids! Whats For the King about?
@LaDarkProphet, my WiFi crashed for some reason so I'll have to check out the vids tomorrow. As for for the king, it's a beautiful table-top-esque game. Your characters have stats and can collect outfits and whatnot. The graphics are simple but very beautiful. I recommend it!
@A pet named Steve, I dont know. Could you tell me more about it and about your characters? I swear this isnt a ploy so i can continue to talk to FP's most famous german... *sweats nervously*
@LaDarkProphet, haha ok well the characters don't have much depth, they're just classes that you can pick. I had a blacksmith called Grognak, he was strong and had a neat hammer. Freya was a huntress, she was badass. And Lord Bashington was a scholar, so, magic type. I love thinking of Backstories and characteristics for my characters, and how they would interact with each other. The story of the game is also fairly simple. King is murdered, find and kill king murderer. Do quests to get stronger. And the map is basically just hexagons, kinda like civ. I'm already thinkink of new characters... I already have thought of one, a scholar called General Aioli. Maybe I'll also pick a woodcutter and call him Chuck. And a bard whose name is a musical pun. Who knows.
@A pet named Steve, Hmmm sounds very interesting. I assume its turn based? What system is it for? And how does Lute Metalwalker sound? A double pun ^-^. Or maybe Otto Tunez? Heheheh puns.
@LaDarkProphet, it is turn based! I forgot to mention that. And I like Otto Tunes lol. I also like Esidisi, the Japanese pronounciation of ACDC and the name of one of the three pillar men in JoJo's haha (they really did name him ACDC which I think is amazing)
I relate to that doorknob, cause I have no idea where I'm supposed to go
This is how it goes tho
