I like avengers, respect it even, but lets not go crazy with our comparisons, lilo and stitch is another level
@AMiniMaster, Cobra Bubbles > Nick Fury
@AMiniMaster, endgame did not make sense in the ending or at all really there were so many other options for his snap including ones where he lived. Why not just say thanos never existed but we all remember what happened and destroy the stones after. Also their time line doesn't make sense in terms of time splits. Are they following a new reality leaving their old one behind or is it a direct alternation which makes even less sense because they couldve chosen to kill baby thanos. Really dumb movie. if you disagree let's see it win an academy award for story.
@Runnin with scissors, Award ceremonies are scams, it mostly matters if the movie studio can pretty much pander to the comity, and bribe them with money.
@Shodai Hokage, sometimes but you really believe that with something grossing as much as endgame they wouldn't do that? The story has so many flaws it shouldn't be rewarded.
@AMiniMaster, Lilo & Stitch makes me cry like 5 times
@Shodai Hokage, so just to be clear you believe a movie like "there will be blood" was pandering while a movie like endgame was not? One has a story the other is literally a predictable piece of trash that relies on pop culture and graphics. You choose which you want to relate those qualities to.
@Runnin with scissors, the movie itself doesn't pander, the studio behind are the ones who schmooze the awards comity.
@Shodai Hokage, so you believe endgame didn't pander and is on the same quality level as a movie like there will be blood? It's really not that good I wanted to shout do a flip when I was watching scarlet Jo and Hawkeye trying to jump. No emotional build up really and a highly predictable result. I literally was able to guess most of the movie well before it happened and a lot before I started watching. A good plot twists and turns in unpredictable ways that surprise you and make you interested in knowing more. Bad plots are predictable and like most superhero movies rely on effects rather than stories and is why it's difficult to make an award winning horror movie anymore because much of peoples interest is bright lights and pretty colors that are stimulating rather than the actual story being stimulating. Ever heard of the heros journey? It's one of the most common story bases and is way to predictable once you know it. You really are stuck on an odd conspiracy can be crowd voting.
@Runnin with scissors, you're totally missing the point, Awards for media are bogus. It doesn't equate to success, or make a movie must see, or flawless. Just like with anything, it all comes down to preferences, you shouldn't be trying to ruin the enjoyment of a film to those who genuinely liked it, simply because you didn't. Nothing gives you that right. Unless you get off, on ruining things for everyone, that just makes you a jerk.
How quaint. You must be popular with children.
Thank you! I’ve been trying to figure out who the one on the right reminded me of since I saw it
