@SimonPetrikov, only time I will shame someone at the gym is if they have waaay too much weight and are doing the excercise wrong.
Watching some skinny dude try to curl 45s and swinging them around is just funny in my opinion. Main point, don’t worry about how much you lift. Just do what’s comfortable and do it correctly, otherwise your cheating yourself.

@PacificaPelican, people with autoimmune disorders. The elderly. Kids. Congenital disorders and those with cognitive deficiencies where more than five pounds could become harmful because they could drop them, etc. I’m Captain Buzzkill today
