I mean, I self diagnosed, but I also got it confirmed by a professional shortly thereafter. If you truly believe you have depression you should seek help immediately. I get that you can handle it “for now”, but eventually you won’t be able to, and it’s nice to have the help before your desperate for it.

And with mental health professionals pushing pills, even going to them isn't the best idea. They hand out crutches for most, not real solutions. Most people just need to think differently.
And it's baby boomers fault for being able to pay for college on minimum wage.
I've only had depressive moments twice, each time I identified it asap and counteracted before it got to bad.
Teenagers since the beginning of time:
