I don’t get this feeling in games. I get it on road trips though. And I like seeing people on MMOs who I never talk to but I saw them in the starting area when I started and we’re progressing together but never talking to each other. I like that. I don’t like talking to new people.

@AceWolf456, new people can get you laid tho… In games is different… if you been playing for a while, say an hour… and getting along there is a reason why… either same strategy or same mentality… so you kind of click… same can’t be said when you make eye contact with that hot nurse at the hospital and you wink but all she does is hit you with that Rona shot… is that like her pegging you in a way? Asking for a friend

@AceWolf456, 15 years ago in WoW, i once helped a fellow warrior complete a quest. 4 years later when i got my then gf to play, she came across him lvling another toon. When she invites me to group he said "i remember you!!!" Then asks my gf "youre dating him?!" But very excited. Thats when she turns to me and asks "why do ppl know u on this server?" I just smiled and said "cuz im not a noob"

my and a random other player i didnt catch the name of playing Rush on the BF3 map Noshahr Cannals in 2042 portal. full 128 players and we held out in a shipping container near one of the bomb sites and the enemy kept pouring in. Me putting down resupply boxes and he putting down medic boxes, both of us firing at the two openings to the shipping container. I think I got 30 or something kills before i died completely, I don’t know how much he got. I remember the last grenade that got us rolling in and the both of us looking at eachother like “no..” then dying together.

I had this feeling at a trampoline park. I was jumping with my sisters for my nephew’s birthday and some random kid walked up to me an said “yo, can you do flips?” He just turned 10 Bc it was his birthday too and I am 22. I said yeah so we had a backflip off type thing. We just did flips together for a while and he just kept saying “can you do this kind of a flip?” Or “what about with your legs straight?” Until I inevitably had to leave. It was heartbreaking knowing I won’t get to do flips with him again. (He was the best flip buddy I ever had)

One time, playing Overwatch, I was on a team with some kid, probably like 10 or 11. We did pretty well and chatted a bit, seemed like a good kid, didn't rage or anything. He told me he was going to send a friend request, I didn't know how to tell him that I wasn't going to accept a friend request from a kid and that he probably shouldn't send friend requests to adults he doesn't know. I turned the game off and left his request unread. Felt like shjt, didn't use the mic much after that.
