I like how she has to describe him as white.
@Augustweather, she’s trash. She also believes he shouldn’t be allowed outside because of his opinion.
@JoeJoestar, all humans are mentally unstable. Some get away with
Grow a pair and stop posting about your experience with other people like you’re important enough for your opinion to matter.
Let's run your DNA. Either male or female that simple
@Teamevolution2, actually it's not, some people are XXY or XYY or X or XXX or XYYY, there's a lot of combinations, rare but possible.
@NotKevin, there's always abnormalities, mutations, and defects. Luckily, as you said, they are rare
Believe in however many genders you want to believe in, just don't be an asshole. The guy was being an asshole and this girl (or however she identifies) was definitely being an asshole. "I'm shaking [because someone said their opinion that I didn't agree with and was literally so threatened that I had to fvcking leave]."
I mean he isn't wrong
@Jtlightning2, I agree but I also think that people can have an opinion. Unlike some people *cough cough* hypocritical sjw's *cough*.
@Penguin Airlines, I didn't mean to put that comment there... but yeah I see your point
@Penguin Airlines, it's not really opinion though. There are physical problems that are observable on a person's brain that give way to transgenderism and the whole slew of "gender identities". Transgender people, if they aren't doing it for the wrong reasons, have female brain components where male components should be, or vice versa.
@Penguin Airlines, It's not really an opinion issue though. People are literally making up shjt so they can feel special. I am a strong supporter of the lgbt community, and I don't care if you identify as male, female, or neither/both, but im out as soon as you start making up things that never existed until you felt like it did. It doesn't matter how you dress or act, you can't make up new things.
@Penguin Airlines, That is true, but some people take it to far
@Arbys 2to5pm Deals, Yeah my thinking tough is if you identify as female but have male genitalia, you are female not "transgender." If that's how you identify that's how you are. I didn't mean to come off as rude or insensitive.
@Penguin Airlines, it was also a stab at over sensitive radical feminists that have perverted the idea of feminism into this insecure male hating society.
@Penguin Airlines, I never said you can't do that, but you cant make up other genders, you identify as male, female, both, or neither.
@Penguin Airlines, /radical swjs
@Penguin Airlines, that's what we all say! Problem is, they want US to believe in their made up genders!
@Arbys 2to5pm Deals, if ur looking at it from strictly an evolutionary "the ultimate goal is reproduction" then sure it can be seen as a problem, but we live in a modern age where evolution is no longer occuring in a meaningful way in the human population so to classify things inside of a transgenedered persons mind as problems is antiquated. Nevertheless gender is wholly a construct of human culture, yes sex is binary but gender is very fluid and therefore the only real "problem" with transgenderism is that it breaks our preconceived cultural norms, something that we must learn to deal with. For the record i hate the idea of gender identity and wish that we had no preconceived notions and people didnt need to identify as anything other than themselves so as to not be seen as what people judge them to be based on their outward appearance
@K1l, you can’t just make up pronouns and genders to feel special. Believe whatever you want to believe, find a niche for yourself in society, then just go on with you life.
I identify as plural, I don’t go around harassing people who use singular pronouns for me. My close family and friends know it, I know it. That’s good enough for now.
@orion55, I don't want this to sound rude because I genuinely just want to understand. What exactly do you mean by you identify as plural? Do you have multiple personalities with varying genders?
@Save Larrold, they shake because they know that their safety is not guaranteed when they are required to be in the same room as a person like that.
@Raped by a lesbian, “sEx Is BiNaRy” tell me you’ve never bothered to learn what the word intersex means without telling me 🤣
@Chifilo, Sex and Gender is Binary. Intersex people still are one or the other by their DNA. It's just that they have extra parts.
@Jtlightning2, no. He’s not
@Chifilo, lots of violent attacks happening at Harvard bias trainings?
If you think this girl is justified in her thoughts and actions in any way, and that the “evil white man” was in the wrong and acting hateful. YOU are what’s wrong with this world. Everyone knows there’s only THREE genders. Man, woman, Apache helicopter. Change my mind!
@thatoneguymaybe, you realize that there are literallly more than two possible combinations of sex chromosomes? Monosomy X (only one X chromosome, no Y), trisomy X (three X chromosomes), and XXY are all viable combinations of chromosomes that people can have and survive to adulthood with, and these different combinations affect the way their bodies develop. We are all a bunch of buggy biological computers, and nothing is ever as simple as we try and make it out to be. If I learned one thing studying biology, it’s that as soon as you try and define something a new example will pop up and challenge everything you just said. No one principle applies to everything.
@Save Larrold, sounds like a match made in Tumblr
@Hot Coffee, funny pics, you devious bastard
@Kyroll, First, AI just said that intersex existed, so yes. Second those are very rare, and can't be counted as different sexes. There is always a dominant trait. Which is the point. Maybe if there were more of them, then we would have a larger number than 2,but there just aren't.
Things are often exaggerated to make them seem more prevelant, or to make it seem more complex, but there are simple answers. You can go into details on those answers, but they are still simple. There are 2 sexes. But sometimes there is a mix of their characteristics, and makeup, which cause a variation of one or the other. Doesn't mean there are more, since it still uses a combination of the two, and not introducing any new variables.
@thatoneguymaybe, you just changed your own definition of gender from “defined by DNA” to “what your dominant trait is”. That’s sloppy rhetoric right there. You are admitting that your belief isn’t based on real science but rather your subjective opinion of the world. The fact is, it is okay to have a subjective opinion about the world. You can believe there are only two genders, you are entitled to an opinion, but stop acting like this is based in actual science when you don’t understand the actual science. I’m sick of people acting like they know everything when they either ignore or don’t understand half of the facts underlying an issue.
@Kyroll, No, I did not. DNA determines the dominant trait. You have a dominant trait in your DNA.
I admitted no such thing, I actually described how it is based in science. But nice try.
I'm in the same boat, I don't like people who have opinions not based on science, like more than 2 genders, and more than 2 sexes.
It is fine to have a subjective opinion, as long as it's not passed as fact. However what I described was fact, and not opinion. Just because you don't understand the science, doesn't make it wrong.
I will reiterate what you said, since I agree. "I'm sick of people acting like they know everything, when they either ignore, or don't understand half of the facts underlying an issue."
Couldnt have said it better myself.
If you want to debate the science, I am open to that, but we also need to be able to understand the words each other are saying, so we don't put words in each other's mouths.
@thatoneguymaybe, DNA does not always determine a dominant trait. Look up “androgen insensitivity” if you don’t believe me. All I want is to help you understand that there is more nuance to biological sex than “XY male and XX female”, and that it really doesn’t make sense to classify intersex people based on those two categories.
@Kyroll, Androgen Insensitivity is where one is genetically male, but typically displays feminine sex characteristics.
Meaning they are genetically male.
What you may have failed to understand me say, was that there are variations of XY, and XX, but they both stem from the two base sexes/genders. They also happen so rarely, and are so different, that they don't fit into their own category, it makes no sense to try make new categories, since they have base characteristics of one or the other.
It makes sense to classify intersex people based on dominant characteristics, or their genetic makeup.
We could go case by case, but the fact of the matter is, science has an explanation for each, and science shows there are only two sexes/genders, with some variations on features.
Gender Thoery is new, and doesn't follow science. The majority of the identifiers we see online, are not intersex, is wager all, but at least a vast majority.
This mentality frustrates me a lot and you see a lot of it in the medical field especially. You give someone a medical chart asking male or female. Then they think they're fighting the man or some shiz when they write non-binary or something. Like bjtch I don't care, I wanna know what drugs I give you that keep you from dieing because make and female dosing requirements are different.
Just give me your name and I'll call you that if you're worried about me getting your pronouns wrong.
There are two genders and people who need to get the old yeller treatment.
Sounds like everyone in this tweet needs a nice tall glass of minding their own goddamn business
@BigJohnson86, couldn’t have said it better myself
This is the reason why America will go the way of the dodo, not Russia or China but instead these morons.
Also checkout that casual fvcking drop. "Like yeah, I go to Harvard, no big deal *scoff* *flicks hair back*."
@Penguin Airlines, the Harvard bias tests are publicly available. We took them online in high school
@Penguin Airlines, she definitely does not go to Harvard
@Save Larrold, are you serious?
What is the purpose of bringing race into it?
@NotSpam, obviously, it’s sexist.
He's right and you proved him right, you socially coerced imbecile
Well, that’s how you know the bias test works. He’s biased against other genders and she’s biased against white people. (Since she had to specify the kid was white)
Well, I mean he's right...
160, 000 years ago First hominids
159,941 years pass without incident
Then the god dam leftys reclassify mental illness as free choice
About 18 months ago I heard that the elite of this world found out that a meteor is headed right for us, and it will hit with so much force the surface of the earth with turn to glass, since then they have been keeping us busy with this bullcrap while they try to ether drill down or get off this rock
BRING THE RAIN
@butternut squash, that meteor is just a diety admitting he screwed up and terminating his creation lol.
If that gets you upset, you are the one who is entitled
LOOK OUT KINGS , THIS COMMENT SECTION IS A DOOZY
Two sides, one coin.
1) There's the expectation I have to call you some identifier you deem appropriate but I may not be aware of. If you're female, I can be an a-hole and call you "sir," and you don't have to like me. Same if you're trans or other and I call you "he," or "sir." Unless I'm a coworker or employer (or anyone you have to deal with), just leave and never talk to me again.
2) Violence against lgbt folks is very real and so is fear of that violence. An extreme reaction to implied bias may be a defensive posture - fight or flight kicking in. Back off and don't push your opinions on others, or you might get exactly the same in return. If you don't want n-genders forced on you, don't force two genders on someone else, or visa-versa. It's really that simple.
@riidii, yeah, violence is real, but it’s much less likely due to their sexual orientation or gender problems. A little bit of digging and context really changes the narrative. This is just one thing, but a very high proportion of lesbian violence is domestic abuse by their partner (I’ve heard up to 70% of lesbians have been abused).
Another is trans murder. Most are related to prostitution, and the rate is the same as non-trans prostitutes.
There’s very little evidence that violence against lgbt is special. It shït that it happens at all.
Two is the only correct answer
I completely get why this girl is annoying, but I don't understand why people have to go out of their way to hate other genders. If they're not being annoying about it, why does it matter what they identify as?
@Doctor Walrus, there’s only 2.”, everything else is made up. There is no spectrum. It’s simple. Look in your pants. No dna, no lectures. No long winded explainations or reasoning. Indoor or outdoor plumbing.
@Doctor Walrus, you can make up whatever identity you want, but don’t expect other people to share in your delusion.
Judging by her reaction to it, she definitely has a normal brain. Nope, no mental illness here. We should all strive to be like her.
I upvoted because the “white boy” was funny. The rest was not
Pussys all of you.
