@BadKnight, but can you see why kids love the taste of cinnamon toast crunch?
@BadKnight, Damn, beat me (and everyone else) to it
@TheSmashingPumpkins, would it be wrong to say I got lucky?
@BadKnight, it would have been so much better if you said "Eye see what you did there"
@HayJay, eye had that typed in first but then got rid of it... I see it was a little late.
How can you have a list of weird eyes and not include the cuttlefish? They have W-shaped pupils that let the see the polarization of light.
Welp, this weirdly creeped me out from beginning to end.
That fish cray
Dat sweet sweet hi-res
The eyes have it
How much do tickets cost to go to these amazing planets?
Fun facts: geckos can control the contraction of their pupils rather than having their eyes respond to light.
The reason certain animals like cats and sheep have reflective eyes is due to a part of the eye called the "Tapetum Lucidum". This reflects light back into the animals eyes and enables them to see in near darkness.
Animals with square pupils like the llama above can see 280 degrees around them. Their blind spots are directly in front of them and directly behind them. This is why their pupils are square. This is called binocular vision while humans and other animals have monocular vision.
Dogs aren't colorblind and see the world in shades of yellow and grayish green. They aren't the only animals though, horses see this way too.
I'm a vet tech.
@Prestidigitonium, we have two eyes, and therefore binocular vision. I'm an optical student
@Boss DJ, I think your definition for binocular vision is different than our definition of occular vision. Imagine your view had a big gap in the center, like binoculars where as monocular vision you see one complete picture. I'm just saying that there's no animal that naturally had one eye
@Prestidigitonium, Cyclops. Source: the Odessy
@Mister Riddle, got me there
"All hail Hypnotoad!"
Get your shít together lama
Eyes? Or terrain? Why not both! *Mexican music*
@brenno263, they're just eyes actually
@Assassinator2399, I understand that they are eyes, but seriously, do they not look like alien landscapes? At all?
Hahaha thats so funny
@SwiftBanana, if it's cool enough for the level of unfunniness, it still passes.
Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
Never gonna make you cry, never gonna say goodbye
Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you
Lol. You can see the Guinea pigs brain
The stingray's pupil looks like a stingray! Crazyyyyy
The parrot f-cked me up.
Chimps' look just like humans'.
Pupils are like black holes. Can't see a wink of light or anything in there.
