the fault is ur own
I have actually seen firsthand some of the aftermath of all of this. Those kids will likely end up with permanent anxiety disorders not to mention other side effects from malnutrition/exposure. It doesnt matter what invisible line someone was trying to cross. It should be apparent that this is inhumane.
@Hades1260, we forget that they’re children, and regardless of the situation they should not be punished for a decision made by their guardian...
@Hades1260, it should be, but they drag these children across deserts and rivers anyways. Horrible parents.
@Dephenistrator, Theyre not horrible parents, just trying their best to secure the best future for their kids. Source: i lived two hours away from mexico city as the immigrant caravan passed through.
@Hades1260, there's a safe and legal way to do that. Their kids are dying because they are morally bankrupt to drag them through that illegal process. Source, the child death toll on our border.
@Dephenistrator, yup, the legal process for applying for asylum requires you to be either at the border or in the US. Which requires traveling through the deserts and rivers...
@A Blunt Object, I'm talking about legal immigration, not orchestrated faked asylum claims which badly need to be updated and heavily scrutinized and restricted to stop abusers of that broken system
@Dephenistrator, so one legal process is fake, and one legal process is ok to you? Do you often pick and chose the laws you follow based on how you feel about the law?
This argument about asylum seekers being law breakers is intellectually bankrupt, because they are literally following the rules. You can not like it all you want, but they’re following our process...
@A Blunt Object, i never said fake, i said it's broken and requires repair. It was
Meant for disasters and is being used to force immigration. Then taking your strawman further by asking if i often pick and choose what laws to follow is as dishonest as a strawman argument gets.
@Dephenistrator, you called a legal process illegal, to me that’s the same as saying it’s a fake legal process. Hence, my question about how seriously you actually take laws.
You can think it’s broken and needs repair, that’s fine, but we shouldn’t be holding folks accountable for what someone feels the right process should be.
The law was created for disasters and protections for people suffering or fearing persecution for race, religion, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. If you think it should be changed work to legislate it. Until then, it’s a law that folks can utilize, and should not be punished for utilizing.
@A Blunt Object, I never called the broken asylum claims illegal, only you have made that connection thus far. i am talking about applying for citizenship. Your pandering for some other arguement
@Dephenistrator, sorry, when I read “their kids are dying because they are morally bankrupt to drag them through that illegal process”, and “orchestrated faked asylum claims” I took that as you calling it illegal and fake.
Certainly if you didn’t mean illegal and fake other words should probably be used.
Read your own posts next time, there’s no argument to be had if you don’t...
@A Blunt Object, that's illegal border crossing, again not claiming asylum at a port of entry though people could die that way to. Are you done twisting words for something bad? Your embarrassing yourself at this point
@A Blunt Object, actually, i don't really care enough to keep correcting you. If someone else is going to read this and not think your screwing with my wording for cheapshots then i can't help them anymore than you. It's morning, which for us nightcrew means time to sleep. Goodnight blunt.
@Dephenistrator, night bud, better luck next time...
It's painful how true this is. Also, a Mexican investigation collaborating with US proved there are rings of renting kids to fake as family coming across the border. And coyotes are starting to throw kids in the rivers to distract border patrol and escape since border patrol will save them first.
@Dephenistrator, I would love to see your source for this
@RedeyeTarget, “What we’re doing now that is a little different is surging the additional resources to the ports of entry and Border Patrol stations where these individuals are being arrested and being processed. We’ve got teams in seven different locations who are conducting interviews of people who appear to be fraudulent families or where we have concerns that they are not who they say they are.”
“The results have been staggering thus far. In just a couple of weeks, we’ve interviewed 256 family units and identified 65 fraudulent families. Almost three out of every ten families we’ve interviewed have become fraudulent,"
“Within the first week of the operation, we found a little seven-year-old girl from Guatemala, her mother rented her three times in the past year to be brought here to this country so that the adult can be released"
“This industry of smuggling children and trafficking them has been allowed to flourish. These are extensive criminal organizations. They are (cont.)
@RedeyeTarget, transnational criminal organizations that have people that work for these organization both in the foreign countries — their working with the cartels in Mexico — and they’ve got people here domestically," he explained. "They’re all working together to facilitate this scourge of human trafficking.”
- Acting ICE Director Matthew Albence
News clip of DHI talking about fraudulent families and the imcrease in cases
news clip about an illegal admitting he rented a boy to pose as fake family and admitted he bought a fake birth certificate for the boy. They talk about how common this is.
"Smugglers are often placing children in nothing more than makeshift rafts or on pool toys to cross the dangerous Rio Grande river. On multiple occasions, smugglers have pushed adults and children out of these rafts knowing that agents will prioritize life while the smugglers swim back to Mexico to
@RedeyeTarget, evade arrest"

@RedeyeTarget, these are all from top ranking officials. Links included so you may look at the quotes and statistics yourself.
what are we as a country supposed to do with these people? do we just let them in, not knowing who exactly we are letting in? its a fact that immigrants make up a far smaller percentage of criminals than citizens, but all it takes is a group of 4-5 men to make another 9/11 happen. that seems extreme, but with citizens, even ones that end up domestic terrorists, we have information on them we can stop them, but unknown people from a 3rd world shjt hole with no documentation means we just don’t know if they are the next terrorist cell or not. it’s a devil you know is better than the devil you don’t kind of situation imo.
@Fortnite Is Trash, By definition, all illegal aliens are criminals. It's literally in the name 'illegal alien.'
I will say we take care of illegal foreign children better than any other country in the world! A law in Cali now provides healthcare to anyone under 25 that is there illegally on tax payers expense. We might not be the best country of the world anymore but we are an awesome freaking country!!! You don’t like this country? Dude, freakin leave!!! No one is forcing you to stay. Oh you don’t want to leave? Yes that freedom feels nice!!!
@seeUpee, you know what, I think we are in a replacement stage. Any one who lagits hates America should be able to hand their citizenship to a person in line to get in. We kill three birds with one stone, quite the annoying vitue signalers who don't mean it, get rid of the ones that do for real Americans, and we get rid of pseudo slavery.
@That one lurker, I would totally be on board with replacing the useless people in society with some of these ones trying to come here and work for a better life.
@seeUpee, "free" healthcare isn't always good, I'm in the Navy and get "free" healthcare but the government purposefully hires malpractice doctors to keep costs down and will hand out painkillers like crazy, we had one sailor die on our ship because of preventable disease that she kept going to medical for but was never properly treated
@EddySteady, damn. May she rest in peace
Poor taste, im afraid. This is one of those memes that you can tell the maker gets all his/her political knowledge from a single source. Its too early for a debate over it, so Ill just say that whoever made this meme should probably consume media from outside their echo chamber before making posts like this.
@Genesis Rhapsodos , instead of explaining yourself, in the future just complain that someone put politics in your funny, and downvote it.
@Genesis Rhapsodos , "people need to look from out of their echo chamber."

@LightskinDarkNig, i don't know why i like that comment so much but i do
Send all illegals packing, or just open a hunting season for them...
Yuck! Ma’am there’s politics in my funny take it back!
@DJ Master RKelly, even though i usually dive into the debates i really agree with you. My politics or not, politics are not funny pics. They are just politics.
This is inaccurate
