I forget who it was but on a past picture another commenter made a good point: the trick to stopping mass shootings is to not make such a big deal about it in the news. They do it for fame even if it’s bad fame. If we keep these kinds of events low profile and deal with them quietly then evil people won’t get the satisfaction of being remembered
@TriangleTesticles, very true. Even the Dayton shooter was obsessed with mass shootings. They were even warning about 'copy cat' shooters. Well duh! The more you blast it, the more the crazies are going to get ideas, and as you said, want the attention and satisfaction.
@TriangleTesticles, Legion of Monsters by Disturbed is a good song about that exact issue
@TriangleTesticles, well that’s never going to happen I mean I’ve stopped caring because I saw the pattern quite awhile and until the NRA collapses nothing will change
@eleven, lol the NRA has nothing to do with it. The stupid media creates celebrities out of these sick people. Most remember the names and faces of these criminals but nothing about their victims.
Man, if I had a nickel for every time I wanted to punch one of my classmates right in the God damb face, but didn't and instead went home and did it in a video game, well... Let's just say I wouldn't have had to have been in school for that long...
Riiiiiiiiight. It’s not like religious people have caused mass murders on others because they didn’t believe in their god in the days of the crusades. Or that the CEOs of those gun companies who make a lot of money from people buying their guns are scared to lose their customers so they’ll shift the blame onto video games
If you’re gonna be an idiot anyway, you might as well at least remain their king.
@Sarcastic Wombat, I don’t think you get the joke...
@Thor0dinson, perhaps, or perhaps you don’t get mine, or maybe it’s just not funny.
