So, I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to know the words they're saying. But there are no comments... what a conundrum.
@Simetricwl , probably something bad. I don't think the President of the Phillipines is fond of America... or anyone really.
@Simetricwl , the Japanese says Thank you. Idk about the others though.
@TenthDoctorSaysWhat , why thank you!
@Simetricwl , no prob dude
@Simetricwl , Philippines says no navy in the backyard
@Phil Tippet, ah, makes a lot of sense.
Man, I guess this is one of those, it takes a village, moments, huh?
@Simetricwl , Korean 감사합니다 = Thank you
@Sakine, Can you write out the syllables in with english letters?
@mssj7000, oh yea sorry. Gamsahabnida. Saying it casually/fast sounds like Kahmsabnida.
@Sakine, Ok cool. Thank you. I haven't yet learned to read it but am familiar with the phrase.
@Simetricwl , Japanese is specifically doumo arigatou
@mssj7000, I visited in Dec 2015 with my friend for a last trip together before we moved. For the most part I can read it, but putting sentences together is the hard part. Learned some vocab and stuff, but tried to do minimal speaking cause I didn't feel very confident. Fun times though.
@Sakine, Right on! Culture yourself like a well aged cheese.
@mssj7000, one of the tour guides was surprised that we knew how to read the hangul (writing) i guess most tourists don't research the language besides key phrases.
@mssj7000, we also went because she wanted to stalk a kpop band
India. THAT'S who I forgot...
