Deadpool next pic.
It's a play on words in a sense. It's the 4th panel wall.
That's not the fourth wall.. the fourth wall is when you break character and look at the camera or talk to the audience
@MrZaneMan, you didn't get it.
@Marv The Martian, it still makes no sense though because this comic doesnt relate to the fourth wall at all, theres no relation between the way they use it in tv and in this comic
@MrZaneMan, trust me that's the point haha
@Marv The Martian, thats so confusing I guess this is what growing up is like
@MrZaneMan, fourth wall is more a charactet talking about the show itself. As if it is just a show not as in the story
@jpeary, you know on top of the already stated explanations this just is more for this one
@MrZaneMan, thanks captain obvious.
@MrZaneMan, the fourth wall now a days has come to mean more than just TV and breaking out of character. It's basically anything that pokes fun at or realizes what it's in. So the bulldozer breaking the wall of the comic strip is it going outside the confines of the comic. It's when it brings something that's not in the story to the story. When you look at a comic, the boxes of the comic are not part of the comic itself and so touching this box is like breaking the fourth wall
That's not the fourth wall.. the fourth wall is when you break character
@MrZaneMan, Don't know why this got down voted. *green thumb* There we go!
This is not breaking the fourth wall...
I don't get how pics like these get uploaded but my pictures don't
It's the fourth frame, so he broke the fourth wall if one frame equals 1 wall
