Can you believe the Chinese government was successfully able to create an app that so many Americans downloaded to steal/track/have their information and those same Americans were completely oblivious to it? Yeah me too
@The nOly One, it’s not even that the majority of them were oblivious to it. It’s more shocking that people are STILL using it even knowing that it is literally an app form of spyware.
@WhoseLineIsItAnyway, what really drives home the point is that they’ve figured out that making videos that praise China get them tremendous exposure
@The nOly One, never downloaded it. I dont use Facebook anymore so that info is outdated, I created an instagram when I broke my phone to contact a girl I was dating so it has 1 pic and it's not me I think, and I use a fake name and email anywhere I shop. I'm not paranoid it's more just I dont like being tracked or others holding information on me that could damage my reputation to others. "He will never have my vote because he smoked weed" isnt something I'd like to hear even though I never plan to run for office. Need the "right to be forgotten" all up in this country like in France which is the only thing I like in general about France.
As if American companies don’t do the same with most other data.
Is this what it's like in Thailand?
