Try getting 8 consistently on a regular schedule. It’ll help at least a little bit.
@Fuggles, 8 hours doesn't do much if you never make it to REM sleep like me.
@gaemboi, once in a while take one of those none habit forming sleeping aids. Will put your lights out and you will wake up refreshed ready to masturbate again

@FullMetalAlcoholist, bourbon and codeine works wonders harder.
My rbf doesn't really help either
