I work with a guy who takes medication for sleep, and it works, but not as effectively as he would like. He’s asked his psychiatrist to increase it, but his psychiatrist refuses, while a higher dose can be approved, it’s not recommended due to possible impairments with operating heavy machinery. He’s blind.
@Berntley, makes sense hes not supposed to be driving anyway
@injit, Yeah, but the doc won’t do it
@Berntley, I have to be honest, I was really wondering where this was going, but then I lost at it those last two words
@Berntley, had us in the first half, not gonna lie
@unknownjanitor, Good to know I can write for the desired effect.
I work with forklifts, so I actually think forklift
@buzz killinton, Even as a kid, whos grandfather was a truck driver, immediately thought of forklifts. My dad was a carpenter. But it was never a backhoe, 18 wheeler, tractor etc. It was always a forklift.
I usually thought this was because it can make you drowsy or absentminded, and you might accidentally fall asleep and stab someone with that forklift.
@OopsIEsploded, I can do that without medication.
But the commercial always says "do not drive or operate heavy machinery" so yea they are talking about forklifts and bulldozers
I think of crane or bulldozer lol.
Ya I usually think front end loader or skid steer
I think it usually says don't drive or operate heavy machinery. So youre brain is correct
Never stopped me from operating my CNC router at work.
