1. Eat nothing but Taco Bell
2. Try to bench well above your limit
3. Furiously shjt yourself due to a combination of crappy food and over exertion.
@Drunk Pantless Uncle, maybe shower and or new pants?
@megamanx181x, I'm willing to try the first one but how dare you mention the forbidden leg constraints to me
@Drunk Pantless Uncle, hahahaha
Yup as former military I can definitely confirm having 10 beers and an entire pizza then getting up 3 hours later for PT still buzzed
@LilPuppyOfDOOM , must be chair force getting 3 hrs sleep
@BigJohnson86, chair force is a mandatory 8 hours my dude. It's the chair force
@LilPuppyOfDOOM , been there many a time
@LilPuppyOfDOOM , I’ve lived this life in the army. That’s why I look so young *looks 45 @ 33*
Exercise phys degree here. You most certainly can out-exercise a bad diet. Up to a point. You still gotta drink water, eat fiber, and make sure you get your vitamins and minerals from somewhere. Calories, too. That may seem restrictive but it's really not. Drink metamucil with a nutritional supplement and lotsa water and then eat the fvck outta twinkies. But you gotta hit the treadmill like, daily.
@Empshok, as a person who has hit the gym for many years on a trash diet, just eat good food. You’ll actually have energy to workout if you do haha.
@Empshok, we are in total agreeance because that is the lifestyle I currently live lol. I just finished drinking my metamucil for the night and read your comment like I knew I wasn’t the only one if this
@Ray213, oh I don't exercise. I just know I'm supposed to.
@Empshok, wow how can you be so wrong with a phys degree. It was already proven weight loss is a hormonal imbalance between insulin and glucagon. You need to get your money back, exercise has lots of benefits, but weight loss is not one of them.
@Helecon, I hope you're joking.
Plenty of overweight in the military...
@Mag3rPayne, as a fatty when I was in the navy can confirm. But could still run a 20 minute 5k and bench 275. Just ate to many pizzas and wings.
@Mag3rPayne, they are getting better at kicking them out. Fail 3 physical tests in a row and you’re out.
@x2 6x 9 lol, we had that rule. However I was fit enough to get a higher body fat allowance
The military taught me that the ultimate diet food is spaghetti os. There’s nothing in them but salt. A whole family sized can is less than 500 calories.
Eat can + run til your legs fall off= weight loss
@BigJohnson86, yeah the Military has the same health care system/issues as the rest of the nation, it’s just disease management and not curing or putting diseases into remission. Big pharma also pushes service members to take lots of pharmaceuticals and it does cause problems for leadership
