@CanadianZombie, Here was my line of thinking. I grew up when Saturday morning cartoons were still the norm. By the time I graduated high school this was no longer the case. That was back in 2000. I have been out of school for longer than some people on this app have even been alive, and, let's be honest, Looney Tunes isn't nearly as prevalent as it used to be. There is infinitely more available on TV and online than I had access to when I was in school. It's sad but reasonable to assume that a small percentage of people might not even get the reference I made. And that depresses me.

@YouJustLostTheGame, Yeah, you're totally right about it not being as prevalent as it was in the past, but in my opinion, I think that if a show is popular enough, it has the ability to reach all generations. Heck, I'm only 18 but I still grew up watching classic Scooby Doo and The Flintstones. I agree that It is kind of heart breaking when a beloved show starts to fade away but hey, it was great while it lasted (also the amazed look on a little kid's face when you show them the original version of a show they like that got remade is both priceless, and makes you feel awesome).
Tweety hit you with a mallet again, didn't he? Please dear god I hope some of you still remember who that is.
