The new HTC U12+ has that option.. I'm considering buying one
@boombox, I got the U11 it's pretty good. Amazing screen and battery life.
I still have my clear purple Gameboy color.
@ cobyone27, i still have and use my clear purple N64 controller
@PunnyBaker, Ooh! I forgot about the N64. I have a clear green one (the donkey Kong special edition). Surely it's still around. I shall have to dig it out of storage now.
@ cobyone27, the best were when you get the actual console in the transparent color. I think ive seen a blue one too
@PunnyBaker, yes. That's what I meant. My console is clear green. It came with a clear green controller too, but that is in need of a new joystick. I have seen the blue one, and I really like it. I think there was a red one too, but I'm not sure.
@ cobyone27, I have the transparent blue one, think it still works, have to try it out. And yeah, the joysticks get worn out :(
@ cobyone27, clear purple gameboy advance and clear green N64. Good times.
@ cobyone27, Same. The speaker doesn’t work, and it won’t save a game, but there it be. It was actually a gift from a friend for my birthday seven years ago. Finally ran out of battery.
On a related note, the Nintendo switch has mod kits you can buy on Amazon to replace the outer casing with the Atomic Purple clear case. They’ve also got orange, green, and pink. Plus colored buttons, and a D-pad for the left joycon. I’m definitely gonna invest.
That actually sounds kinda cool
If you have a nintendo switch, they make the classic clear color cases that you can swap out with the stock case
Jerryrig everything! Glass back phones can be made transparent
Yeah the oneplus 6 can do this. It has a 1mm thin microfilm to make the back colored but it can be removed easily and the phone becomes transparent.
Rose gold makes me want to beat a hooker to death. I hate that color
All thanks to the iMac craze
You can buy clear colored shells that you can switch out the Nintendo switch joycon and the actual switch itself too so you can see their insides
I hear theres clear casings in jail
I remember in elementary school during the early 2000’s all the classrooms had Apple computers with clear blue backing on the monitors
Shut up and take my money
It's because company's are unimaginative and don't want anyone to see their hardware design anymore.
