buy a Toyota
Nhaaaaaa I have nothing but admiration for other truck owners... I like their Cummins and Duramax engines too. Also like the innovations that different brands are coming out with... except the Silverado Tailgate... I would bang that shjt up in a week how it opens up
@seeUpee, definitely agree the tech behind them is cool shjt. Where else besides muscle cars and aviation would 500-700 horsepower and a similar amount of torque be average numbers? That's insane. Producing that much raw power so quickly shouldn't be possible.
@seeUpee, that tailgate is only for the premium GMC sierras and it’s actually pretty sturdy. It even has kicker Bluetooth speakers in them!
@megamanx181x, I didn’t even see the Bluetooth part... that is just too much. If anything I like the tailgate Ram has that opens to the side or down the middle. Perfect for loading crates of materials. I sometime have to take mine off for that so it can be pushed back all the way... which is really quick and easy to do. So even then I like my one piece tailgate
@seeUpee, you could also get a Ridgeline with the swing open tailgate for that. Plus it's got an under-bed trunk for groceries or whatever.
@seeUpee, it’s still one piece just segmented. I tried it out at an auto show and it’s pretty nifty cause you can get all kinds of configurations that get you deep access to the bed, a stop to hold your cargo from sliding out, a formal gap for over length cargo, steps flor climbing and at least down the middle a complete drop down for full access.
@seeUpee, Cummins can eat my ass. I'll take my Denali over anything. 3rd one I've had, and I'll never buy a different truck.
That said, I didn't opt for the 7000 dollar stupid tailgate. I just wanted leather and ass warmers
@Not him again, why have you needed three? To me a good truck lasts up to two decades if taken care of.
@LloydChristmas2, because I like the creature comforts. As far as them proving their worth as a truck, they all did just fine
"yugyugyugyugyugyugyug" that's what my next truck will say
@Bonersaurus, have fun tuning that carb lol
@Not him again, lol
Ford! Chevy! Dodge!
@megamanx181x, nothing against the vehicles themselves, but the corporate side of Dodge and GM are sh!t.
@Pervy Sage Jiraiya, I agree
@megamanx181x, car go vroom vroom is all I care about
@megamanx181x, Nissan ...
@DrSin, *records scratch* what....?
@Pervy Sage Jiraiya, Ford isn't any better. Corporate wise they all suck, but I'm gonna stick with GM because they are easy to work on. Fvck Cadillac vehicles tho
@megamanx181x, Toyota Hilux.
@Gamasennin, can’t bring that in this fight! Wish we had them in America. My cousin has a brand new diesel Hilux in Argentina...what a beautiful perfect size truck with great gas mileage and power.
I just bought a used 2014 Silverado, LTZ Z-71 with a 6.2L vette engine in it. Big upgrade from my now defunct 2004 Trailblazer LS. My whole family is Chevy, though we can respect Dodge and most foreign trucks. Not big fans of Ford though. They've only ever given us problems.
