Sounds like something he would actually say during one of his ambient twitter rants
PREPARE! For triggering and arguments galore await this comment section. Im almost 100% sure of it. Maybe
@TheCoolestBean, I’ll grab the popcorn
@N7 Trinity, I’ll grab chairs and beverages
@TheCoolestBean, honestly only want him to lose the election so that the liberal media will shut up about him. Republicans will complain about a democratic winner but god damn they are significantly less loud and annoying. Like when I heard that Obama took sht during his term I was like " really, I honestly didn't notice" seriously no sarcasm intended. But you literally can't avoid people talking about Trump. We get it, orange man bad. Full disclosure I'm a democrat.
@stormageddon98, personally I thought between Trump and Hillary, Trump was the lesser of the two evils. But there is no way Trump is winning the next election.
@stormageddon98, well, there’s way more newsworthy stuff coming from Trump’s presidency. Obama’s was fairly quiet for the most part with a few controversies here and there, but Trump and people closely tied to his name give something new every day. Plus, Trump doesnt help the situation by constantly attacking his opposition. Past presidents knew that getting slandered by the other side came with the job and ignored it for the most part, but Trump tweets something about CNN or the democrats every 5 minutes.
@TheCoolestBean, yeah I voted for Hilary for the same reason. I don't really understand why anyone actually wanted either. Like literally the who republican party had a bunch of weirdos going for the spot. Last decent election was Obama and McCain. Like both of them were solid dudes. Honestly Obama won because his running mate was a cool joe Biden and not a crazy woman.
@stormageddon98, like for instance the government shutdown. It’s the longest in U.S HISTORY (and it’s still going) over funding for a border wall that the majority of the country doesnt even want. And he cant stop blaming the democrats for it, even though he initially admitted that the shutdown was all on him.
@K1l, yeah there is that. And the man is like a walking meme. I might be asking for an argument with this but the thing that annoys me more than anything is the fact that he acts like a child with so many things. I don't care about his position on things when I say this. I mean the man literally disrespects every other person that isn't his own. Like he gave the middle finger to the prime minister of Italy. He was kind of resting it against his head so maybe it was unintentional but when he noticed the cameras he pulled it away quickly and smiled. If that wasn't what it looked like you can point to a ton of other things. I just wish the man would act like a president. Every other president acts like a respectable person pretty much 100% of the time. And he doesn't no matter how you look at it. Its the biggest thing about his presidency that bothers me
@K1l, I'm not expert on the border wall but my view on it is that even if it does work people are just gonna find another way to get around it. Mexican people aren't stupid they'll find another way if they want to. A wall seems like a last ditch effort if nothing else works. I don't care enough to look up the numbers about whether it will work or not but I can't help but feel that people will just find another way to get in illegally. Hell I know a lot take plains here and just stay. It's not like we're gonna travel ban all of Mexico lol.
@stormageddon98, honestly the only thing that I can think of to REALLY bring together the country is a conventional World War. In every other world war the U.S. public didn’t want to get involved. But as soon as our people started getting killed in attacks like the Lustainia and Pearl Harbor everyone just overflowed with patriotism. Just like,” ‘MERICA! FVCK YEAH! Let’s go kick some àss!”
@TheCoolestBean, yeah but it'll just get divided again. People are never ever going to completely agree in a country so diverse and wide spread. It's just not gonna happen. And honestly that's fine. Varying opinions is healthy. And a lot of the varying opinions we have in this country aren't really that toxic in the grand scheme. I would assume 90% of the people that live here still love America and it's people and just want what they think is best. Sure we can't agree on abortion and illegal immigration but we managed to agree on gay rights and all kinds of other things. It can take a little longer for America to make changes because we are so diverse. But that's what makes us great. Right now we're the most divided we've been in a long time. But I really think once we get someone into office, republican or democrat, that really wants to unite us I think we'll but just fine. Don't look at these groups that are being super loud and think our country is fd beyond repair.
@stormageddon98, when I came across this post I expected to not get in a political conversation. And I figured if I did everyone would get downvoted into oblivion. But you seem to be the kind of person who is actually has a reasonable discussions with people. I thank you for that. Here are my upvotes, you earned em.
@TheCoolestBean, I'm pretty liberal with most of my fees but usually when I see people being annoying on the internet I'm like "wow you're probably the guy everyone really hates at every family reunion ever" and I don't really wanna be that guy.
@stormageddon98, Exactly. Obviously, policies are a big part of it, but what really matters in a president is professionalism - which Trump severely lacks. It’s not surprising considering he grew up extremely wealthy, probably never being told “no” nor having his ideals challenged.
I’ve disagreed strongly with some past presidents, but I was able to look past it a bit because they seemed like honest, good-intentioned people. I cant do that with Trump. He is just not a respectful nor respectable person.
@K1l, that's why I liked Bernie the best personally. He seemed like he was just getting in there cause he wanted to do something good for people. I'm not an econ major or nothing so I don't know how well his plans would have worked and I never acted like they would. But he is the kind of guy that didn't care about being the 45th president. He just wanted to do what he could for the American people. Hillary and Trump felt like they either had other reasons or just wanted to have that nice like 45th president honor on their grave stone.
@stormageddon98, I mean, we had thanks Obama for literally anything he did that republicans didn't like...
@TheCoolestBean, NO there is nothing fight about here
@K1l, Correct. When Obama took office the rants and accusation on comment sections in news articles went crazy. A lot more discourse started up. When Trump took office the trend continued only it switched sides. It only increased because Trump, unlike Obama likes to feed and be one with the Trolls.
If you didn’t notice the uptick in anger at Obama taking office. Thats only because you werent paying attention. I noticed a drastic change. Which is why I stopped paying as much attention to comments about politics.
A Large portion of the reason why Trump is constantly in the news is because he likes the attention. Thats why he throws insults at people on twitter. If Obama had done that or any previous president. They would have been in the news more too.
Its an obvious correlation that surprisingly quite a few people dont notice. They would rather just claim the far left picks on Trump. Even though they themselves picked on Obama. Obama is better at letting it roll off his shoulders.
@K1l, that said while I do like some of Trumps agenda. Though parts like the border wall I feel are just a blame the Mexicans game to draw attention away from other more important issues. Plus I’ve always felt that somebody needed to talk back to North Korea the way they talk to us. So that I think he did well.
That said. I dislike Trump as a person. The way he talked back to North Korea is how he treats our allies. And he just can’t do that. He has only one mode. Aggressive asshole. While that works for some situations. It does not work for all. He lacks tactfulness and grace.
Meanwhile... Up north you can see a wild Trudeau frolicking in the pasture... Oh what this? It seems he has begun swimming laps in the pond of pointless.
@Emperor Mango, how dare you he’s just trying to catch up to Mrs Macron in the pool of despair.
I think tribalism has calmed down a lot right guys? We all hate Trump and Hillary now right? ..... right??
@VibratingButtChomper, still many trump diehards on this app.
@VibratingButtChomper, could be worse try liking Bernie and its stigma of death for you, I'll still support that man tho
@Ezethrell, bernieeeeeeeeeeeee has always got my vote as long as he keeps fighting
@Implicit88, you know by now that retard is a complete fraud and hypocrite
@Osama bin Dead, trump circa 2016 “mexico will pay for the wall”. Trump now “americans will pay for the wall congress approve it”. Please tell me how Bernie is more hypocritical than this. Please do explain. And dont give me that excuse about a renegotiated deal, all that means is americans will pay more for some goods.
@Implicit88, Bernie is an avid socialist, slams the wealthy while wanting to take from the rich and give to the poor, the dude has 3 houses and is a millionaire. He has very little knowledge of basic economics
@Osama bin Dead, hes a democratic socialist. Trickle down economics doesn’t work and has failed every time implemented. Even now it is failing as income inequality is still growing and companies that received huge tax cuts are laying off massive amount of employees. Most companies are doing stock buybacks which doesnt do much or anything for the working class.
@Osama bin Dead, as for his wealth at the current salary for senators and 16 years hes been in office thats almost 3million in income. Senators make 3-4 times the median american. It says a lot about himself saying that he should be taxes more along with other high earners.
FALSE I'll have you know I cant even spell j
Alright I'm freaking tired of this!! Though j would make the proper sound to fit the word, its GENIUS
(Just like gif)
Wait a minute...
It's actually John...
J stands for billionaire and president while you struggle to order a pizza.
Yes, just like how "J" is for "Geoffrey," what's your point?
