Doot Doot Magic Flute
Bard: doot doot on my magic flute ;) roll for seduction
@trebubae, I roll to do the no pants flute dance
@GonMoose the Great, Rolled a 1. You dry hump air.
Wizards are tremendously more versatile day to day. Sorcerer only have a few known spells, and clerics don't have too much variety in their own pool, but wizards can learn just about all the spells available to them, and prepare them each day as they see fit. My brother plays a utilitarian wizard, and he's a tremendous asset to the party.
I have a character I want to play that’s a 8 year old wizard. He’s human, has the prodigy feat, and is a complete brat because he’s arrogant and has extremely high intelligence. His backstory is that he was a noble, and the way to bring him into the game is use him as an “escort” type mission only to find his parents had been assassinated and his estate is nothing but rubble and charcoal upon arrival.
How do priest levels work? I pray louder so I'm stronger? You could say It's about faith but I think they all believe in god equally.it is not like you pray and revive your fallen comrade and go "mmm yes very godlike but I don't know, still every time I do this I believe just a little more "
@Don Taco, think of it more as the God rewarding the priest for continued high levels of devotion, following the ethics, spreading the belief, converting followers and doing good (or evil) in their name. In a lot of lores Gods gain power by the number of followers so if you're making the God stronger they'll make you stronger in return to continue doing so.
Eldritch Knight, I’m a fighter that one day decided to use magic
This would make a pretty decent anime
@Joseph The Broseph, id totally watch an anime about a group of people playing DND at various levels and it shows us the story they are playing.
Monks: I do gymnastics and somehow that makes me able to turn invisible and throw shadows
