Fun fact this is called a star note bill it is rare. It has a star at the end of the serial number notifying that when it was made an error occurred and this is the remake. It can be found on all forms of paper money. Another fun fact: the money that was messed up being made is actually worth even more!

@tmo0792, while almost all your info is correct, star bills are very common. I used to have a collection. They are still worth more than the value of the bill itself though which is cool
