Who the f*ck asked a carrot if it was being eaten or not
@Gallchobhair, A friend of mine who is an environmental biology major says that recently scientists have found that when a plant is damaged (usually from being eaten), many species can send chemicals through the air that can cause others of the same species to activate some kind of defense mechanism. Apparently grass is a notable one for this as it gets consumed all the time by grazers
@TriangleTesticles, are you telling me that plants smell worse when they’re being eaten
@Gallchobhair, I don’t know if what we smell when grass is cut is the same chemical but it’s possible
@TriangleTesticles, the more you know I suppose
@Gallchobhair, seems like someone doesn’t carrot all
@dogenstein, go sit in the corner and think about what you’ve done
@TriangleTesticles, this is literally the premise to The Happening.
The problem is that M. Night Shyamalan put it out with the purposeful intent of it being like a cheesy horror B movie and, instead as usual, people took it to be serious and canned it.
@Gallchobhair, ur momma when she was putting it in her salad bowl
@TriangleTesticles, also lawnmowers
@TriangleTesticles, That's what I've read also
Just feed them some gimpy-gimpy they'll come around on the whole vegan thing
