Damn they're really trying to tie in all the previous plotlines for the final season, huh
@Chicken0War, better the hell not end with Bobby coming out of the shower it was all a dream bullshjt
@mycatsanahole, with the way everything's headed I'd almost ne content with a Wizard of Oz vibe.
Political poignancy definitely withstanding
@Chicken0War, at this point, I hope so.
@Chicken0War, Godzilla is waiting for his cue
@Chicken0War, ikr, hindsight 2020
@Chicken0War, 2020 has actually been such a shítshow of a year that Stephen King has been forced to change a book he’s writing at the moment. Seriously, when Stephen King looks at the world around him and goes “I’m gonna need to kick this up a gear to make it horrible enough” you know things are bad.
2020 is like the final season of a TV show where the studio ends the contract so the writers have to condense 3 seasons of plot lines into a dozen episodes of crazy confusion.
Fück, this really is the end times.
I thought the dust cloud wasn't an uncommon occurrence? Like doesn't it happen every year to varying degrees?
Also Utah is on fire right now so there’s that.
Civil rights movement was non-violent, and considering that these people have actrually started removing civil rights id day there about the exact opposite.
@CocoasBro, the civil rights movement was non violent is the dumbest shyt I've ever heard
@sexual lamp, im sorry sir did you want me to specify clearly that the people who made the progress in the civil rights movement were non-violent.
Yeah because this is exactly like the Spanish flu, even if covid stayed around for the next 20 years it'll still get nowhere near 50 million deaths, they report up to 50k deaths worldwide for covid, il bet its close to 10k, never let a good pandemic go to waste
@butternut squash, you're missing a couple of 0s in your death counts there bud. The USA alone is above 100k deaths.
If this exact pandemic had hit in 1917 like the flu then, it'd probably be around 80-90% as deadly as the Spanish flu was. It's really difficult to tell. It's still technically early on. Yeah, it sure doesn't feel like it though. Reliable data analysis on this won't come out until it's actually over or near the end. But in the last 100 years Huge advancements have been made in medicine and technology including the ability to mass produce high-quality masks and the actual ability to directly inform almost each and every person that there is an illness to watch out for right now. Most people didn't have radios even in America until the 1920s. Compared to now with 99% of households having TV and cell phones. Drastically better communication capabilities and medical capabilities really hinder a viruses ability to spread and to kill.
@mas2de, that was a mistake on my part there, but with the knowledge that your private medical professionals are reporting non covid deaths as covid deaths to secure needed funding (fact) it muddys the waters, and no pandemic is going to be overcome or solved in a comments section, but definitely try to be mindful that the US has a proven track record of trying to take away liberties with disasters, this disease kills only 0.3% of who it infects and for the average person its mild at worst, there's always going to be deaths and that's sad but also a weapon the msm are using very effectively for control.
@butternut squash, you claim false reporting as a fact as if it was a significant contributor to the death tally. 1) the only ones claiming that are conspiracy theorists on social media, Fox "news" (which one can only trust as far as they can throw the whole organization) and our POTUS (I guess he falls somewhere under Fox and conspiracy theorist).
2) probable deaths are a thing. If they think you died indirectly from COVID, you probably did. They're not going to test dead people because we still have live ones to test. Thousands died with similar symptoms before it was declared a pandemic and those are not counted in Covid deaths.
3) look up excess deaths.
What is the end goal of our msm effectively controlling us? That is a Huge conspiracy theory there. Who's behind it? How did they reach almost every major and minor news source so effectively?
@mas2de, "To what end" that's always the question, if we knew we still wouldn't be able to do anything about it, but what I do know is somethings afoot, buts it's no one person, it's a way of thinking by organisations, I happen to know a few people who work inside the UK government system and they have said, even though they haven't been told by any official outlet its very clear to them that the ferlough pay system (like your stimulus packages) are designed to weed out the hard to tax small companys and start ups and force the owners and employees back into the employment sector and be paid through the governments PAYE system to maximise on tax revinue, only large cooperations and employees that pay tax have been looked after, anyone who paid less than the threshold in tax has been hung out to dry and be forced to go out and find work even though there's "apparently" a deadly virus
No one person has done this, is collective thinking that solves a big problem because of a pandemic,
@butternut squash, in the UK, there is no law that's been passed to enforce any of this, and any fine issued will be thrown out in courts and its only then dumb ones that pay, that's not to say you should go against what's been said but I also know a few engineers that have been told by government outlets
If you can't work from home, go to work, if you can't social distance at work "don't" my child is now back at school and the teachers are told they do not need to social distance because they can't
But if you don't social distance in the street you're fined
