Why people crusty
I dislike the word and will never use it, but i am not going to make a big deal about it like alot of people i know.
When I first heard it, I kept going,
But for the record, bae is the most stupid word ever.
@UnassumingPotato, it makes me sad that people are that lazy to write a four letter word.
@Nocturnus, I use bae ironically, and you get mad at it unironically, everyone does more work for it
@UnassumingPotato, It's basically another word alongside "babe"
@Nocturnus, It actually stands for a person that you put "before anyone else""
@UnassumingPotato, Godot: Oh, how I miss my bae, Mia Fey.
Fvck this pic too!
The fact people get this angry about a word is hilarious, can't wait to tell bae about it
One does not understand the fact that bae has a literally meaning of the word "shlt' in the dannish language
@Master Terra, danish*
@Master Terra, and the word "kiss" means pee in Swedish but people still use the word kiss. Just because it means something else in a different language doesn't mean it's the same in another language
i dont get the whole ordeal. isn't just like babe or something? like aignificant other? idek
@KiwiAndOranges, it's literally half this community getting butthurt over a different way to say babe. Yes the argument really is that pathetic
@The Antagonist, figures. also just noticed i can't spell significant.
@The Antagonist, no it's not a different way to say babe. It's just an abbreviation of a silly phrase. It's not great it's not awful it's just a silly phrase. I don't use it and have never heard a well educated person use it non jokingly but who cares people can love it or hate it why the hell would I care how they feel about it.
This uploader is kind of a piece of sh!t. No offense.
@Grimoire Weiss, I live off of your insults. They fuel me
@SethEtho, would that be jet fuel?
Stop using Phoenix Wright to incite flame wars...*upvotes for Phoenix wright*
Someone fired the down vote nuke on this picture.
This wouldn't bug me as much if I hadn't just finished re-watching Idiocracy
@wolfang, you're onto something.
Bae is terrible. Also, leave Phoenix Wright out of this.
I might be annoyed by it, except that I have never heard it used unironically in any context ever. It's always been a joke.
I support the word bae and welcome it as teen slang for our generation. *braces for downvotes*
@DeusVenatus, Remember the hate for swag and yolo? This is pretty much the same thing. The hate will probably die down in a couple of months.
@Captain Britain, and then they'll stop using it, just like swag and yolo.
@Spilled Milk, No, we just accepted that people use it and move on to more important things
@DeusVenatus, shut up noob.
@TehNoobShow, look out we got an Internet tough guy over here
@The Antagonist, I could own you
@TehNoobShow, u w0t m8? U r so ded m8 say goodby to mummy blch cus u r well knackered now
@The Antagonist, let's go to the wild, noob!
@DeusVenatus, here, let me assist you in your down voting fetish
@Rionmoon , it's called the devolution of language or the further dumbing down of a language. Acceptance is a wonderful thing except when you accept everything that leads you down a path away from progress and intellectual achievement and toward the acceptance of the lowest common denominator and into a world reminiscent of 'Idiocracy." While I'm sure the word bae in and of itself won't lead us off any slippery slopes it's over use is indicative of the retrogression of society and the over acceptance of the lowest common denominators who dwell with it.
@TehNoobShow, *Puts on max repel spray*
@Sahmster, what color is an orange: true or false?
*Final jeopardy music*
I would probably have been slightly annoyed by the word Bae if not for the fact that the love of my life saw fit to bestow this title upon me. So now I wear the mantle of Bae proudly and none shall take this from me. That is all. *nobly flits away on ocean floor*
@LordCuddlefish, is the title inscribed on your collar as well?
@Rionmoon , why yes. My wife made it for me special and our kids bedazzled it. I look fierce in that sh!t.
It's called the evolution of language, people. Whether you like the word or not, you've got to accept that it's part of modern vocabulary now.
@EdwardElricsPonytail, more importantly, why the fu€k do you care if someone uses it? Does it burn you? Does it effect you in any way?
@The Antagonist, more importantly why do you care that anyone else cares. Does it matter to you?
@George Feeny, looking back on this post in the random section all I can say is past me was right the original poster is a truly awful person.
But everyone is mistaken. It's not a word. It's an acronym. Still stupid though.
