@ptitty1231, y’all really haven’t read into how the 25th works. It can’t be used on Biden for the same reason it couldn’t be used on trump. It’s probably the worst written part of the constitution, basically the majority of the cabinet needs to send a letter to congress to say that the president cannot complete their duties (this is meant to be when the president is incapacitated, such as comatose) the president can prevent this from happening simply by sending a letter to congress saying he can complete his duties. Then the congress will decide, but it is written in such a way it’s nearly impossible to remove a sitting president if they can physically write that letter. Biden or Trump would need to essentially be bedridden to have it be easily applicable.

@Spetsnaz , I'm aware of how impeachment works. I've listened to him speak recently and act in public as well as his campaign. He appears to have the early stages of dementia which could arguably be reason enough. This isn't from a partisan position either, personally I'd rather have had Gabbard get the nomination instead

@ptitty1231, I see that happenning. He is clearly in the early stages of dementia. I don't see him making it through his first term. Also, Pelosi - as Speaker of the House- is #3 in line. If Biden is removed or steps down, we would have President Harris with VP Pelosi.

@ptitty1231, 25th amendment =\= impeachment. They are different processes entirely. Also dementia would be one of the hardest things to claim to invoke the 25th. Reagan was barely there during his second term, but he was still conscious so despite some elements of the administration wanting to invoke the 25th, he could’ve sent his own letter and put his party in crisis. They almost certain not to do this for Biden for the same reason.

@voided sanity, but to declare someone racist as a side note from a meme is randomly aggressive and tends to bring an air of "Ew. Politically aligned agenda" to the comment section. Though usually you can tell which of those comments are misaligned or distasteful because of the downvote count. Check yours.

@Dr Grimmwell, it’s pretty easy, actually, just look at the things they do. Crime bill anyone? Economic policy that destroys the working class? Promoting ideology that is antithetical to creating strong families? Fostering dependence in people rather than giving them the means to better themselves? Calling anyone who disagrees with him a white supremacists?
