Y’all wanna play
I just got the Witcher 3 a couple days ago, and it is everything I hoped for and more
@Arlog the Hunter, same, I got so into it I just finished the first book and am now reading the second
@Arlog the Hunter, ive heard nothing but awesome things about it so i am very interested. But ive never played the first two games nor do i have any knowledge on them whatsoever. If i buy the 3rd without having played the first two would i be lost or not enjoy it as much? Im curious if you have any input or recommendations?
@Arlog the Hunter, its everything a western rpg should be. The storytelling is second to none and the gameplay takes getting used to but that learning curve just makes it all the better. Its one of the few games that lived up to all the hype and is still a blast to play.
@StonedSloth69, the third game goes over quite a bit from the first 2 games so its friendly to newcomers however there will be sometimes where they'll recall something from the first 2 games in a conversation and you'll feel a little left out. I never played the first game and only played a little of the second and it didnt stop me at all from enjoying this one.
@Aaron Leibowitz, great ill continue looking into it. Pretty sure ill end up going for it. Thank you kindly. Your wisdom is much appreciated
@StonedSloth69, no problem. I felt the same before I started playing but that feeling will go away because you'll be having too much fun. Also the storytelling does a good enough job explaining past things and if you're ever curious who someone is they do have the normal list of characters so you can read about their past with Geralt. Idk what you'll be playing it on or what country you're in but in the US PlayStation has the complete edition for $20
@StonedSloth69, just get it. I got it when it first came out and I still play it. It’s worth every penny.
@Arlog the Hunter, Favorite game ever behind Diablo 2. Ended the game twice(100%) with the game+ mode.
@StonedSloth69, just watch a YouTube video that recaps 1&2 and you’re set. And it’s definitely worth getting
@StonedSloth69, while i think you can still enjoy it i dont feel youll have quite the same connections with the characters if you dont play the other 2 and theyre usually extremely cheap on any sort of sale. Id recommend playing them first.
But for real tho, y’all play it?
@RMB, I bought both 1 and 2 on steam, tried downloading them. My system didn't meet the requirements because under the requirements it said the OS needed to be vista or XP
@RMB, KH Birth by Sleep on PS4, I'm grinding Aqua so I finally beat Vanitas's Remnant
@Lellow0079, mine exceeds all the requirements, but freezes after a couple hours. This also happens with fallout 3 and new Vegas, so I'll likely never play these legendary games
@RMB, my buddy got it and got all the way to level 20 without using signs or his character points because he didn’t know how to. Boy did I change his entire game experience after that. Idk how he made it to level 20 without signs or enjoyed the game. He was just fighting and using his crossbow.
What are you doing?
"did you wait all this time in that couch for someone to speak on games?".....
I started playing it when my internet was t working well and I couldn't get on to play and tbh I love the game so much. I was a little sad when I beat it the first time cause it was over lol
Ive tried the witcher 3 many times but just couldnt get into it. I dont know why, i usually love games like fallout and other rpgs of its kind.
“What’s that there thistly looking one?”
Anyone remember which quest thats from? Something to do with herbs... obviously.
Funny I’m playing through it right now.
I hate portals.
It's only the greatest RPG ever
